We just wanted an affordable, nice-looking rug to put over our bedroom carpet and to surround our bed - we got the 9x12. The color is very nice and it has a higher-end look to it. But it is rather thin - which works just fine if you are putting it on top of a carpeted area. If you were to put on top of a hardwood or laminate floor, you would need to get a carpet pad to go under it. It feels super comfortable to walk on. The real question is, how durable will it be and will it hold up to the very occasional carpet cleaning with our steamer. We don't wear shoes in the house, so cleaning shouldn't be needed very often. The first thing we did was take it out on the driveway and Scotchgard it - which I highly recommend doing (as dirt and dust won't stick to it). Finding such a nice-looking carpet at this price ($100) and this big means that even if it doesn't prove durable over time, you could still replace it every five years or so. As you could easily spend $1,000 on a large but thicker rug of greater quality. It would provide a very affordable solution to cover a bad spot in flooring, etc. I only gave it four stars because of how thin it is and the question of its durability. ... show more

I just unpacked this Bedsure rug. It is super soft but also thin, as all washable rugs are. It layed out really smooth. There are no fold seams from the box. You could definitely put a rug pad underneath if you want it to have a more plush feel. It has good rubber backing so it does not slip on the wood floors. I wanted something a little lighter and this brightens up our room. I have not washed it yet but will give an update after I do! I would recommend this as a nice, light, throw down rug. ... show more

The best $50 spent! Everyone that comes in my home rushes to touch this rug because of how soft and smooth it is. It doesn't look cheap and its machine washable! Even after washing it, the quality is still amazing. Saving for future purchases!

The price was great and the rug looks great in my newly renovated bedroom. It added a little luxe feel to my room and it feels cozy in my room. The rug is also very soft. However it is a little slippery walking on it when you are wearing socks. I really like this rug!
