I was skeptical at first because I purchased the soft pillows and I was afraid they would be to soft, as I have neck problems - the key to this pillow is to fluff it in the dryer with a dryer sheet for about 40 to 50 minutes, medium heat. The pillows come out fluffy and I had no issues with my neck the next day. I would definitely recommend! I am also a side sleeper and the soft pillow is excellent for that.

I love this pillow. The best I have ever owned. Itβs structured and sturdy enough to lay back on it in bed but soft enough you can fluff it up or push it down to go flatter to sleep on it. Super comfy, I would definitely buy again!! Love it!

Very good pillows. Problem is when you wash and dry them that the cotton on the inside clumps up or twists together to form harder parts of the pillow that is not very good for sleeping on. Also with a wet head from a shower it causes the cotton to clump up more too so then it's basically an uneven pillow when you wash it.

I took it out of the package and laid it down expecting it to be a full service situation. When I went back 24 hours later I was sorely disappointed. So like most people, it was THEN that I read the directions. Hand fluffing did wonders if you dont want firm, but I want firm. So then I tossed it in the dryer for about 20-30 minutes on the lowest setting, and voila! Perfect! Nice and soft and even firm. I got these for our camper, but betcha I will be replacing the ones in our house with these!

The undamaged pillow is fine. It plumped up enough after a couple days, with good support. All pillows are mailed in shrink wrap these days but this shrink wrap was impossible to open, enmeshed with tough, sticky packing tape surrounding the shrink wrap. Either the pillow arrived already damaged or else I created a hole in trying to open it. The pillow was fine but I would not buy it again because the package was so hard to open. The seller did not respond.
