Some of the reviews say it's not firm at all! My husband likes firm and I love plush, soft, sinking goodness.... We thought with the mixed reviews it would be a happy medium... But no we both say it's a rock. The only saving grace is the pillow top and the fact that my very injured back feels a lot better in the morning than with our old mattress. First things first... it's pretty cool that you can purchase a whole mattress in a box and have it delivered to your house. And, this one is Made in the USA! I will admit- that's what I was seeking. This is also my first non-conventional mattress being a hybrid with coils and memory foam. It's pretty comfortable but is not as 'firm' as I'd hoped. To be a 'firm' mattress, it's pretty squishy. If they'd offered an extra firm- I'd have chosen that. If it'll last me five years- I'll be pleased. ... show more

It arrived in a pretty small box, made me ?? After opening and seeing the ingenious way it was packed, I felt better. It made it alot easier to move and set up. I've slept better the last 2 nights than I have in years. Very comfortable

For the price, this is a very nice mattress. No issues with it expanding after being opened. It's much nicer than I anticipated. It is in our guest room so will update after it has been slept in more.

I have ordert @ 14 inch high mattress and after a week it still not up to 14 inches only 11.5 , so needless to say we are not happy campers , and not buy a nother mattress from Amazon , ,
