I had back surgery 6 months ago and all I can say is. I wish I'd gotten this mattress before the surgery. I would NOT have had the surgery. This mattress is a Godsend. Best nights sleep from day one. First of all kudos to this company for getting this bed wayyyy earlier than its intended time. To me that says under promise, then over deliver- something more companies need to go by. The bed is a a true 14”, and I almost bust a tear when I saw it in the house after work. Our previous bed was a king size all foam and boy, was it a nightmare to sleep on after 2 years. It became permanently dented, lumpy and painful to sleep on. So hybrid it is! Back to this mattress. It sits up high, and has layers of foam and individually wrapped coils which makes for a very quiet sleep - at least for now. It’s only been one night and my hip pain has definitely improved. I still can’t sleep on my back, but I have a very deep arch in my back so that’s not the beds fault, it’s anatomy. The bed is definitely medium. It’s not firm but it’s not plush it’s definitely going to give you some bounce back, which reads as support for my body. I’m 5’7 and my husband is 6 feet. I’m slightly heavier than him with all the curves and he’s muscular, but thin. So he can pretty much sleep on anything, anywhere. Where as I need support and comfort. This mattress offers that. No there was no smell. I’m very sensitive to smell so I would’ve said that first if there was. I will come back in 6 months with an update. They don’t make mattresses like they used to, hell, they don’t make anything like they used to. So let me wear it in a little bit, and I’ll come back and update my review. But right now? 100% buy it. I slept very good on night one. Woke up with none of the usual pain. Yes it’s heavy. So you might need a little help unloading this thing. Just a heads up. I felt bad for the delivery guy- a little. Buy it! Buy it! Buy it! Join the club!

After a HORRIBLE delivery experience, and I DON'T BLAME THE SELLER, I BLAME FEDEX! I was able to let the mattress decompress for over 3 days cause I was out of town. Got back set up the new bed frame(also bought on Amazon 5⭐️) the mattress fit perfectly, the setup was easy due to the handles on the sides and the quality so far is excellent, supportive & soft when laying to rest. The only complaints are it's advertised as 14inches but it's not(I measured it at 12 3/4 inches)and Edge support could be way better. Overall so far this is a solid purchase. My fiance and I are very pleased😊and highly recommend.👍🏾 I'd also like to add CUSTOMER SERVICE during the FEDEX delivery dibocal was very responsive. The SELLER immediately acknowledged the issue and offered amends.

This is a very well made mattress!! You would pay much more for it at a retail high-end furniture store. It is dense and heavy, but not difficult to make the bed. The straps on the sides of the mattress really help maneuver the mattress when making the bed. Full size fits my platform metal bed tightly from side to side and end to end. The bed has a significant amount of inner springs: more than most. I expect this mattress to last at least 20 years. 12” seems to be the sweet spot in finding sheets that fit. And because of the Euro top, no expensive memory foam topper is needed. Very well sewn! My daughter already purchased this mattress in Queen after seeing mine. It comes in a box all rolled up to keep it clean. When you place the roll on your platform bed ( no box spring needed), you carefully cut one layer of plastic and then the second layer It just expands so fast and is fun to watch. I did not notice any odor at all. Customer Service is great if you have any issues. Edge support is noticeably strong. The first night I slept on the new bed I missed 15 phone calls and was late to work! I would stop looking and purchase this mattress.

I'm buying 2 more, one for myself and my dad after my mom says she loves hers. Warning it pops out of the bag with great force, it knocked me onto the bed I was replacing 🤣 Immediate expansion but we still waited 2 days to sleep on it. It's perfectly firm and soft. A true medium. Supports but cushioned. I wish the bottom material under it was thicker and stronger but it sleeps exceptionally. No smell. It comes fed ex, and they are always iffy, but if you have any trouble with fed ex the seller will help you promptly. Thanks!

I got a great price on this mattress and I love it. Not too firm not too soft kind of in the middle. It replaced a nine year old memory foam mattress that was worn out. Received it sooner than expected. Delivery date was between 31 December and 3 January. We received it on Christmas Eve.
