The mattress is good but it is not a full 14 inches- it only expanded to 12 inches including the plush part- I almost feel like I got the 12 inch ones by accident but I don't have the packaging... it's good enough for now. The plus is definitely soft so that's good...

This bed is amazing! I was really nervous about buying a bed in a box but this exceeded my expectations. It's sturdy and amazing quality. It doesn't sag when you sit on the edge. It's firm but not too firm. This is just as good quality as the mattress we bought from a mattress store and paid over $800 for. Also, there's no smell and it fluffed up immediately as soon as we took it out of the plastic. Just a heads up.... It's very heavy so you'll need 2 people! But no complainta at all because that just means it's better quality!

It has decent quality, but it’s twice as heavy as other well-known brands and noticeably thick, with a soft surface. After several months of use, it still looks and feels the same as when I first got it, showing impressive durability. It can also support heavier individuals without any issues. Considering the price, I find the quality acceptable, and overall, I like it.

For the price it is amazing it feels better than expensive mattresses. It feels better than memory foam mattresses! The support is amazing! It was a touch challenging setting up alone just doing it as one person, but not too bad. Sleeping on it is amazing some of the best sleep I’ve had!
