Overall, this product is as advertised. We literally just took it out of the box and although the direction says it takes three days to expand it honestly expanded within 15 minutes, maybe less. Upon first time laying down on it, it is a medium firmness. It does feel quite comfortable. The only negative comments I have is that it did take longer than expected to arrive. Was originally promised to arrive on December 2 and it did not arrive till December 7. But I think that might be the carrier’s fault not the business that I bought it from. The product does weigh 120 pounds so you will need a second person to help you maneuver it into place. Obviously, we need to use it for a few weeks or so to make a final decision on the product but so far the initial indications are that we are pretty happy with it.

I had had the same bed for 25 years and finally decided to upgrade - so glad I did!! The mattress is incredibly comfortable. I'm obviously not very experienced with different mattresses, but I don't like anything very firm. This one is absolutely perfect, and feels like sleeping on a cloud, especially after my old bed! The only downside was that after unwrapping it - and I should say, there was ZERO odor, which I'd been worried about, since it's a small house and I had nowhere outdoors to put it to air out - I discovered a spring had apparently gone sideways, likely when being compressed and rolled up. I messaged the company and heard back the next morning with a very courteous reply. We quickly reached a satisfactory resolution, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this bed or the company. I don't think the spring will be an issue, as it's at the foot of the bed, and I look forward to many more good nights if sleep (I've had it around a month now I believe). Great price, great product - felt I couldn't give it a full 5 stars due to the spring, but really it's more of a 4.5 from me, and without the issue a definite 5.

What I dislike about it was waiting for it to acclimate and get puffed and fluffed up, but no problems with the mattress. It helps my back. It helps my husband‘s back very comfortable and it’s firm but not firm to wear. You’re sleeping on a board. I recommend it for anyone.
