It was slightly softer than I expected but OMG this mattress is so comfortable. I suffer from back pain because of a curved spine so a soft bed destroys my back! This mattress is the perfect balance of firm/soft and comfortable. It seems soft but it really supports you amazingly. My husband is 6 foot 7 and over 350lbs and it’s even comfortable for him .I've only had it for 3 months but there’s no slouching. I LOVE going to bed now. With my old mattress which was awful, I dreaded going to bed because I knew I was going to be so uncomfortable and wake up feeling even worse. I would definitely recommend this mattress for someone larger and tall like my husband or someone like me with back issues. It has improved my quality of life and rest tremendously.

The mattress is super comfortable let it set up for a few days before sleeping on it and it is awesome we got a adjustable base with the bed and have not had any problems with it seller is super easy to work with shipped super fast got it within 3 days it has a nice plush feel with a good sturdiness I got a king size and it fits perfect with the base it weighs a ton so moving it is not fun but it’s also full of springs and foam definitely worth the money and whould buy again and will recommend especially is you are a side sleeper like my self .

This is the best mattress I have ever had. The material is of great quality and there was no smell. I haven't had any back problems since I began sleeping on it. It's comfortable, firm and soft. It was worth every dollar. Set up was a breeze only took a full day to reach it's proper size. I love this mattress so happy my husband and purchase this.

So, I’ve never purchased a bed online before. The bed I previously had was first my moms and she got it about 20 years ago. So I’m pretty used to that mattress. Height requirements- it expanded pretty quick. No complaints there. Comfort is the problem, now it’s very comfortable when sitting on it or laying a certain way HOWEVER it’s not as plush or soft as I expected it to be. I ordered it in the fact that it was plushy. It’s a lot more firm than I expected or wanted. Great for back and stomach sleeping but not so much side sleepers, we received the package Saturday and by Monday the left side of my neck was hurting. (I probably need new pillows but I’m not to sure). Gonna give it more time to see how my body adjusts to the bed. But if nothing changes I’m gonna have to get a mattress foam topper. Blocked out my room in the picture so it shows just the bed

This mattress was too firm for me. I believe “plush” is meant to describe the luxury feel of the materials and not the level and f softness. But that was the only fault I could find. This is a well built mattress and has quality components that I did not expect at this price. Also, zero odor. The company, Bedstory, was easy to work with on the return. All communications were quick and polite. I am definitely using them for my next mattresses

You can sit on the edge- good support- and I do not feel any movement at all from my partner. Personally, I wish it was a little more plush, but he likes a firmer mattress, so it’s a compromise. IT WEIGHS EVERY BIT OF 130lbs! We are used to carrying heavy things- this was a challenge. A dolly is hugely helpful. Looks nice. A more substantial box would be a good idea, although the box was damaged, the bed was unaffected.

Bed dimensions are not correct. Advertised as a 14” mattress but received 12”. The “king” size mattress is supposed to be 76” wide but is 73” wide leaving 1.5” space on each sideof the bed frame which is disappointing. Comfort is fine which is why I didn’t give 1 star, but it feels like it wasn’t put together with the correct size dimensions. It’s been out of the package for nearly 2 months so I think it’s just advertised incorrectly.
