This bed is not firm at all and is very lumpy and uncomfortable. After one night of sleeping on it my back is a mess. It is very disappointing since the bed is too large to return!

Bed is very nice and firm, we let the bed completely rise and firm overnight before testing it out, and was very happy with the product, you just have to follow directions and not jump in it and than say it’s not firm if your not giving it enough time to completely inflate.

I’ve been sleeping on this mattress for over a month now, so I feel I can give an accurate review. This is an excellent mattress for the price. It’s made in the USA, which is what I was looking for, and doesn’t have fiberglass or toxic chemicals in it. It’s very comfortable and thick, description says it’s 14 inches but measures slightly under that for me (no biggie). There is little motion transfer with this mattress, both my husband and I toss and turn a lot but it isn’t noticeable. We are young and strong people, but this mattress was heavy to move. I would take advantage of the delivery service if you can, I chose not to and kind of wish I would have. It was totally doable with two people just a pain to move around. I unpackaged it in another room to let it air out and fully expand for 48 hours before sleeping on it, but there was zero smell from the mattress. The only caveat is that I wouldn’t call this mattress firm as the description states. It’s more of a medium firm. Depending on your sleep style this might be an issue. Since I move around so much at night it hasn’t been for me. All in all I’m very happy with the purchase and have been sleeping wonderfully on this mattress. ... show more

I’m currently talking with Bedstory in getting a swap for one that is more firm. But it’s a little difficult as they are asking me to just change pillows. I actually bought pillows to try and fix the problem before I reached out and nothing improved. I will keep an update on how they help me out but I hope they do. I like Bedstory ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The mattress is very soft, although it is hard on the site. the quality is very low. Sleeping on it, my back and head hurts very badly in the morning. I don't recommend buying
