Third times the charm! After purchasing very expensive "high brand" mattresses, it's amazing to me that this is THE ONE that has been the BEST! It is the lowest price from the two top brands that I previously purchased and had to donate (because they did not help my back pain at all!) And even though the second one was within its "return window guarantee", how do you re-pack and roll a mattress to get it to deflate back in the box so it can be shipped back "free of charge"???? 😐 😐 😐 But....let me focus on THIS mattress....very well constructed, I love that it has coils (hybrid - instead of just foam), and has really done the job. I would repurchase this one again - and recommend you give it a try. I even installed it on my bed myself! Then called a charity to come pick up the "top, well-known brand". 😒

Really impressed by this mattress. Right out of the box, first impression is that it is well made. Inflated immediately and shape was good. Still waiting the 3 days to let my daughter sleep on it as per the instructions. No smell whatsoever. I did lay in it, it seemed more “medium” than plush but we’ll see after foam fully settles. It’s comfortable. Happy with this purchase.

After some mind-boggling research, we found that reviews are mixed on all mattresses; even the most expensive and tenured names. So we decided to take a chance on BedStory because of the low price and higher than average ratings. BedStory offers several different mattresses with slight differences, but we chose this one because it was advertised as "firm". We purchased the 12" king version to replace our aging plush spring mattress. The mattress arived within 3 days in a surprisingly small box, and fully decompressed within a couple days. No odor or other issues. The tag calls this model the "Cookie" and says it's made by Somnus Mattress, which seems to be a well known manufacturer based in the USA. It seems very well built for the price. We have been using this mattress for a week and are very impressed so far. Like other reviewers mention it is "very firm but soft at the same time", which is just what we needed. It started out a little noisy but this went away quickly, I assume due to all the materials settling in. One of the reasons we jumped for a new mattress is that I was developing sciatic pain from my lower back down one leg. After just a week using this mattress, the pain and tightness have almost gone away! Time will tell how long this mattress lasts, but it was well worth the $300 gamble. We could buy 5 of these for the price of even a mid-level name brand offering. Recommend!

Calling this a "hybrid" mattress is a bit of a stretch as there seems to only be an inch of memory foam in the construction. Regardless, the mattress is still comfortable and is more on the firmer side though. Fit and finish are pretty decent for the price. The mattress dimensions seem to be a little short on the length and width though as there are gaps present on the platform bed frame it's placed on, however the previous mattress I had on there didn't have that problem.

Decided on a hybred after talking to my neuro doctor for recommendations. This mattress is perfect. I do not have any pressure pain anymore. The quality surpasses my expectations. It is amaxing. I would highly recommend this mattress to anyone needing a mattress. The pricing is very affordable as well. The quality of this mattress surpasses the cost 10 fold.
