This is an awesome mattress. I was so hesitant because I have never bought a mattress in a box. This is a great mattress. It is slightly larger than my box springs but doesn't cause any issues. I like the looks as well. I have 4 friends who said they will be buying as they like the look and when lying on it to test it, they agree it is very comfortable. I am a side sleeper and this works ao much better then my previous mattress that I bought from a store 2 years ago and it was much, much cheaper.

Bed reviews are tough - the preference for a bed is so subjective. But, I will do my best to outline some of the pros and cons or just overall my sense of the bed to help. Comfort: For me this bed is pretty comfortable, 8/10. The firmness is a fair bit softer than my actual bed (we got this for a guest room). I would say on a scale of 1-10 for firmness where 1 you're falling through and reaching the ground to 10 you're sleeping on a brick. This bed is probably a 4. I'd imagine a firm bed is probably a 7 or 8 and a medium firmness bed would be a 5 so this is just under medium firmness. It didn't seem that me, being of heavier weight created a massive dip in the bed causing my wife to roll into me. Marginally it did, but nothing too horrible to deal with. I think this is the individual pocket coils helping to hold shape in the surrounding areas. Quality: hmm it seems pretty good. maybe 7/10. Some of the materials don't seem quite as nice as other beds I've had. The top is not quite as plush of fabric and seems a bit thinner. It still seems good, like a decent quality bed. But I don't think it's a top tier mattress - still, it will work well for a guest bed. Shipping: It shipped vacuum sealed in a bag, in a box. The box was a bit beaten up and flimsy but the bag was in good condition. It was fairly heavy - I think the box listed it as 45kg or around 100 lbs. I was able to carry it up stairs but it was a doozy. Maybe have a second person help or take it out of the box as it was so flimsy it was hard to get a good handle on it. Opening up: Once you open the bag it will start to "inflate". I left it, uncovered, on the floor for 48 hours before putting any bed sheets or blankets on it. It definitely seemed to have resumed its normal shape by that time. The offgassing wasn't horrible - I think memory foam mattresses smell worse. There was a slight scent but I just opened a window for a day, as needed, and it wasn't an issue. all in all, this is a decent bed. The quality is pretty good and it is comfortable.

All I can say is wow! For the promotional price of $200 (with coupon), this bed is truest amazing! Medium firmness but so soft and cool at the same time. No bed spring movements, plush mattress topper that stays up on top of the other gel padding and doesn’t slide off. As the instructions state that let the bed rest up to 72hrs before initial usage, it should be done as per full stretch and expansion of the bed height and cushioning as seen in the picture. Quality stitching!!! Going to so recommend this bed to friends and family.

This mattress was actually quite comfortable and plush, but I couldn't get past the spring feel and muffled sound when you move about. Knowing the springs were there just made it worse. I'd recommend to anyone who appreciates spring mattresses. If you are coming from a memory foam, I'd pass on this one.
