Having never ordered a mattress online, I was concerned about how supportive a compressed and shipped mattress could be. But I took a gamble and it appears to be paying off. The bed is a perfect mix of soft and supportive. I’ve been sleeping great. It is exactly as described in terms of size and appearance. Build quality seems great. This seems like great value for money- why pay 3k for a mattress that lasts 5 years when you can get something like this for $400 and replace it every year if you wanted and save money? Highly suggest! Only warning- I’ve never used a safety blade opener like the one included with the package. I should’ve opted for something im used to like scissors- I ended up cutting into the pillow top when opening it. But that’s my fault entirely. ... show more

LOVE THIS MATTRESS! I had my sealy pillowtop queen (which i also loved, but at 20 years old it was well past its expiration date), but my aches and pains signaled it was time for a new one. I hemhawed around with all of the vast options out there today. I knew I wanted a hybrid and I looked at everything from super expensive brands down to dirt cheap ones. I put this one in my cart at some point and honestly i accidentally bought it, not realizing I did until I received the confirmation for a shirt I wanted that had almost $600 extra on it! Lol, I decided to just ride it out and I am so glad!! I upgraded to the 14" king. Its firm enough so you don't totally sink into it but plush enough to be oh so comfortable. I noticed after just a couple of days my aches were gone and I felt more rested. If I could go back I would purchase sooner! I have had it for a month now for reference, and am very satisfied! So far it has held up very well for over a month. I have no back pain and I sleep well. I haven't been sleeping too hot or cold. No noise. VERY thick. VERY heavy. Holds the shape well and is nice and firm with a little cushion on top, like a pillowtop mattress. And for the price on top of everything, I am so happy to have this mattress. Definitely not plush. Really fantastic if you prefer more medium firm. It puffed up quickly after un-packing, its nice looking, and motion transfer is minimal. Figuring out how to send it back is way beyond my scope of patience but I will be adding a plush topper at some point.

I ordered the King 14" in 'plush' I have to say it's definitely not super plush, but seems more firm, but has a wonderful softness with what seems to be great structure and support which is hard to find in a 'bed in a box' so I think that is where the firmness is coming from. More like supportive plush, than actual plush. If that makes sense. I've had the mattress 3 days so far and it's been great! I'm a female 170lb with a hubby of 300lb. He has always had back issues when waking up from our old mattress, and so far he has woken up pain free which he loves! I'm an all over but mostly side sleeper and find it quite comfortable for any position. Husband is a side sleeper. The structure of this mattress is great. It feels like I spent far more on a mattress for sure. I like that it doesn't feel like a memory foam mattress, which I hate that sinking feeling . It feels more like a spring supported multi foam /pillow top like they used to make them. So far it's been great and I highly reccomend! Will update down the road on longevity! ... show more
