After researching several different hybrid mattress brands, we decided to go with this one. We call our new mattress The Iron Cloud. It's incredibly strong & supportive, but also soft & fluffy on top. There was absolutely NO strange smell when we removed the plastic. The instructions were very clear. Ideally, we would have let the mattress expand for 72 hours, but that just wasn't doable for us. We started sleeping on it after allowing it to expand for about 30 hours. We measured the height of the mattress and it was the full 14 inches. Like in the three bears scenario, this one is 'just right.' It's affordable, comfortable, supportive, and assembled in the USA.

My husband wanted a super firm bed and the reviews on this looked good so we decided to try it out. It came sooner than expected, and within a day had completely reached full-size. There was a slight offgassing smell, but not too bad. The quality seems really high, and I like how firm and supportive it is while also still having a quilted top. I like the firm side walls and it seems extremely comfortable, especially for my husband who needed more support. It was easy to unwrap and seems really high-quality and a great price.

We have been sleeping on our new mattress for the past four days, so far so good. It’s firm enough yet very comfortable. Not crazy firm so keep it in mind since it says “extra firm”. I’m pretty impressed by the quality due to how affordable the price is. It opened up pretty fast as well less than two hours and it was ready. We co sleep and I actually couldn’t be happier with this purchase, I’ve been sleeping with lots of room and comfortably, which was the main thing since my back and hips had been suffering during this past year. I’ll return in a while with updates but as for now, it was a great purchase.

So far so good and I got it on sale for black Friday. It is definitely firm which is what I was looking for but it also has a soft pillow top which makes it very comfortable. I can't give it 5 stars only because I've only had it a month .

She is thicc and dreamy. A siren that calls to me.. Seriously though, my husband and I are not small people, 6' + and 200lb+. I don't feel when he tosses and turns which is magic in itself. This mattress is firm but not uncomfortably so. I am a side sleeper so firm is usually a problem but my hips and shoulders are having zero issues with this mattress. It fluffed up super quick and was ready to sleep on within an hour. It is a heavy mattress so either have help or brace with your core when moving it in place. I wish I would have bought this years ago.

Rufus, Amazon's AI shopping assistant, found this for my aching knees, back, and painful shoulder. My other mattress was torture and only a year old. I had been thinking it was time to go back to the expensive "high end" mattresses, but Rufus assured me that this brand would help my aches and pains, and still offer great quality and support, at a great price. There are different coil-quantity options and even though my dogs are small breed, their added weight and shifting around, which can disturb sleep on a lower-count coil mattress. So glad for the information and mattress comparisons that Rufus provided!! Great job programming this assistant, Amazon!! The pains are greatly diminished and getting better every day. Such a relief to now sleep comfortably!!! ❤️

We bought this bed in a king size, to replace a BedStory king mattress that was a med.firmness, but ended up failing miserably. I believe it was defective . The mattress had really ‘sunk in’ within 4 months, and BedStory gave us our money back. (Thank goodness!) Okay, this New bed is Very Firm. I mean like laying on a board FIRM. I recommend putting a ‘cheaper’ 2” or 3” ($55.00 or so) egg crate memory foam And a fluffy bamboo topper on it to make it more comfortable. I ended up putting an extra 3” of foam on my side only, because my husband was completely fine w/just the egg crate and the fluffy bamboo cover. (both bought here on Amazon) I had the extra 3” of foam just hanging out in my basement. It finally fixed the hardness issue, for me. We’ve been sleeping on it for over a week, and after fixing the hardness issues, we’re really liking the mattress now. Bottom line, if you’re looking for a good quality Very Firm Mattress, then this one is a good choice.
