Amazon wanted me to send it back but once you open it the topper expands making it impossible to be packed. Overall, I really like this topper. It's very comfortable, and with all of our pets we need something more than a mattress pad to extend the mattress life. My only issue with it is that it slides around easily. I have to fix its position every day.

This is a fine, high quality topper. It is very well made and generously sized. I had to take it down one star because it was not comfortable for us. (It's a very individualized thing! So don't let that discourage you!). We couldn't return it, because it had to be returned in its original packaging, which was vacuum sealed. The seller shipped promptly. The mattress top was neatly boxed and wrapped. The mattress top had fully expanded after a couple of days; the chemical smell persisted (faintly) for another couple of days. I haven’t had any trouble so far with tucking the corner straps under the mattress below. I’ve slept on it for a week. So far, at least, it’s extremely comfortable—firm and supportive without being hard. I’m comfortable whether on my back or on my side, and I no longer wake up with the various aches and pains I experienced before. I bought this in hopes I could avoid spending a couple of thousand on a new mattress. So far, so good. I think I’d be wise to rotate it every three months or so to extend its life. ... show more
