After reading lots of reviews I finally chose this one & so glad I did. It's very comfortable not too firm but not too soft either, medium, I did buy a plush bed topper to add to top I like plush & felt it needed a little extra, & I love it. Bought the full size first & decided to buy the queen also. So very pleased with my purchase. Did let it lay out for 3 days before sleeping on it, bc its all rolled up in box when it comes & suctioned in there, but it puffs right up!

This mattress was easy to set up. It had a bit of an oder when first unpackaged. We let it air out and the smell is completely gone. It took about two hours to completely expand. It's a very nice looking and comfortable mattress! Well worth the money!

This popped right open once the compression wrapping was removed, and it was ready to go with the firm and supportive inner springs and soft topper on it. All I had to do was add sheets, and in minutes, I had a brand new bed that, even better, was shipped right to my door. I like that it is not completely made of memory foam. That tends to add weight and does not feel as supportive as having coil springs underneath. The exterior top is very soft and pairs well with the springs beneath. I have ordered several mattress toppers from Bed Story and have been impressed every time. I was already a fan of this brand and am happy to have experienced a mattress from them. I will continue to order their products.
