    • Good and comfortable but for short term mattress
I've had this mattress for roughly 4 to 5 months now. PROS It is pretty and the stitching is well done. It was easy to unpack and though heavy, I could manage to maneuver it myself. (For reference: I am a middle aged 5'2" and 150 lbs woman.) It puffed up nicely over 3 days on my livingroom floor before I put it onto my bed frame. It was and is very comfortable. I am a side sleeper and my husband is a back sleeper. We are both comfortable on this mattress. I have no shoulder, neck, or hip pain which side sleepers seem to get with too firm of mattress, and my husband says his back doesn't bother him. It remained warm in the winter and cool so far this summer, but the hotter months are on the way, so we shall see. CONS My main gripe is that the mattress has already started sagging where we sleep. Also the headboard and foot end are slightly dipping down. (Though as of now, it is still comfortable to use.) We are not cuddlers, so there is a groove on my side, a small hump in the middle, and a groove on his side (he is 5'10" and 190 lbs). The dips started within the first month. They continue to compact. I'm unsure if this mattress will last a year before it gets uncomfortable. I rotate the mattress head to foot monthly; as it is a pillow top it can not be flipped over. OVERALL I think this would make a great mattress for a gently used guest room, a petit in weight person, or even as a temporary until you can get/decide on something better. It is by far not horrible for what it is, but don't plan on it lasting more than a year or so. ... show more

We waited 4 days for this to fully air out and expand but it was lumpy and uneven. We contacted customer service and told to wait another 2 weeks without sleeping on the bed! Nothing got resolved in the end and for now we are sleeping in a lumpy bed until we find a better solution. Very disappointed in this purchase ... show more

    • Horrible lumpy Mattress
Shopped for weeks for the right mattress online and saw this has decent reviews. Came to the house in two days and we got excited to finally sleep. Took the bed out and unpackaged it. We waited two days and the bed literally looked used and lumpy like it was old. The mattress has huge rolls in it and this ruined any chance of sleep. It also didn’t fully fluff up near the bottom of the bed so it curved down. Never again ... show more

    • Worst mattress
This mattress is awful, it's really stiff, didn't expand right, the head and foot of this mattress tilt's downward. Every movement that my partner makes can be felt.
