When I first purchased this pillow I didn't look very closely and didn't realize it has a contour for side sleepers, but it has worked out and the price was great. I purchased it for my 2.5 year old because it has removable filling and I needed a pillow that could be made thin. I was concerned that after removing so much of the shredded memory foam that it would be flat in areas, but it actually holds its shape very well with minimal filling. It definitely feels cool to the touch, but the downside to the cooling cover is it is very very slippery, so a typical pillow case will not stay on. An envelope style pillow sham or a zip up pillow case would be best for this pillow. I took out more than half of the filling and it was very nice quality shredded memory foam with very minimal edge pieces. I have purchased much more expensive shredded memory foam pillows in the past and the filling was mostly edged with rough/hard pieces. I will include a picture of the filling that came out of this pillow. The zippers are great quality, the stitching is great quality, and the cover is nice and thick. It's a very nice pillow!

I’m predominantly a side sleeper, but do sleep on my back and stomach some too and in any of these positions I find this pillow quite comfortable and supportive. So for that reason it’s a keeper for me. However, if you have a sensitive nose (like my wife) … this would NOT be the pillow for you, because it definitely does have a pretty strong chemical odor that doesn’t seem to go away (or at least not quickly). And I’ve tried putting it out in the fresh air and sun for a day … then I spread the shredded memory foam on the floor and sprayed a bit of air freshener above it to settle in. (Which certainly helped) But for hyper sensitive hoses - I’m quite sure the chemical odor would be a deal breaker. Because I don’t have a sensitive nose at all and it was almost a deal breaker for me. I’m sort of surprised I like the comfort as much as I do to have gone through the trouble I have to get past the odor. The silky cover is nice too and it would be easy to modify the amount of stuffing in the pillow as well…if you were so inclined. It’s a nice big pillow … slightly too big for a standard pillowcase (in my opinion) so I use a king, which is too big but better than being too small. Cheers to a good night sleep.

There are a lot of knee pillows out there and I've been wanting to get one but all of them just seem really expensive for what they are. I got this pillow and it was a good deal for the price. It's a *little* thick but that's a pretty small complaint for its use. Easy to adjust from what I can tell, just haven't gotten around to it yet.
