I don’t usually do reviews but I thought I should to warn you and tell you how good it is. It’s very powerful and does the job it’s supposed to however it is pretty loud and the reason I only gave 4 stars is the power button, honestly you can not find it in the dark, you can’t see it or feel it, so you have to turn on a light or flashlight to power it up. What I did to remedy it is I put a dab of superglue on top of the power button so I could feel it, it works pretty well, but after a couple of uses I have to redo that because the glue falls off. This is my second purchase of this model. I was very happy with the first one, which is why I specifically ordered the same model again. The new unit itself works well and appears to be an updated revision. However, the charging system has changed from the 2.5 mm pin-style connector used on my original unit to USB-C. Normally I would consider USB-C an improvement. The problem is that the Amazon listing has not been updated to reflect the change. The product photos still show the 2.5 mm charging cable, the product information says it does not use USB-C, and Amazon even recommended compatible-looking 2.5 mm replacement charging cables alongside the item. Because of that information, I ordered two extra charging cables that are completely incompatible with the unit I actually received. I’m still happy with the massager itself and would buy it again. The USB-C revision may actually be better. But Bed Geek/Amazon really needs to update the listing, photos, specifications, and accessory recommendations so customers know which version they are receiving. Great product.
