I wanted to love this but there's a huge learning curve because the camera is flipped. And it's super difficult to use in the ear that's not on the same side as your dominant hand. The angle is just too awkward and difficult. I'm sure that with enough practice you'd possibly get the hang of it but I ended up clogging my ear even worse by using this. You also need a VERY steady hand otherwise you risk hurting your eardrum. It does heat up but not to the point it'll burn you. Also it does die insanely fast but that's to be expected by such a small battery using such high voltage. I will give it 4/5 stars because the concept is great and it can be super helpful for spotting ear infections, etc. Here's a conversation I had with my ENT after using it. 🙂 ENT: "As a professional, I have to advise my patients not to use them because they're dangerous. I didn’t realize right away that there is a small button on your phone that allows you to switch the ear based on right or left ear so when I tried to do the left ear with my right dominant hand I thought to myself there’s no way, but once I figured out the camera can flip flop then this product became a lot easier. ... show more

I love it, I am able to see gunk and what is inside my ear and scrape it out. I have never felt my ears being so clean. I use qtips normally but this is one thousand times better, and since you can see it you are able to scrape it out and since you see through the camera you should be able to avoid hitting your ear drum. Comes with many different tips, I found some tips are better than other. The blue rubber one broke pretty quickly, however another clear plastic one has been working well. ... show more

I ordered this Earwax Removal tool after my father-in-law told me about it. All I can say is WOW! It works with Bluetooth on your phone. Once connected, you will be able to see the inside of your ear easily on your phone screen. The picture is super clear. It does take some time to learn how to use the tool itself. It's difficult to watch the screen and maneuver the tool inside your ear. Depending on how you hold it, placement in the opening of the ear and the direction that you move it around, it takes some coordination and getting used to. And you have to be super careful not to insert it too deep into the ear. We have also used this tool to look inside the nose and throat. It is really amazing. It comes with multiple disposable tips so you aren't recycling used ones for other members of your family. We love it so much, we ended up buying a separate one for my son. ... show more

I can't believe I have lived my entire life without this ear camera. I use it weekly. I have a hard time hearing and went for a hearing test at sams club. It was a reveled on the camera that a had a "huge" wax ball. Ok huge is relative for the space in the ear canal, but I watched the screen in amazement. NOW I have this very camera in my own home, on my phone and I have changed my ear care habits!
