I’m overall happy with my new Beben Wireless Earbuds. I’m super picky about any earbuds because I have small ears and the regular kind without hooks or loops fall out in seconds. The hooks on these still don’t quite fit me as shown in the descriptive photos, but I found a hack to get them to stay on by torquing the hooks slightly forward after I put them on so the hook fits more snuggly behind my earlobe. The sound quality is crystal clear. I have an iPhone, and my husband also bought these exact same earbuds to use with his Andriod. I was worried that the Bluetooth would drain the battery on my iPhone, but they don’t. I’ve also been able to get these earbuds to connect to my laptop via Bluetooth. We have had no issues with quality or connectivity. Be careful when touching the earbuds when in the ear because the button that powers on/off/pauses playback/rewinds/activates calls/etc. is activated by a gentle touch and not a click of a button. If you think about it, that’s actually a smart feature for a manufacturer because you don’t want to encourage people to potentially be jamming the device into the ear canal. The downside is you could accidentally power off the buds or call back that scammer who called you earlier. It just takes getting used to how it works like any other device. The earbuds can play music, podcasts, and so on for 5-6 hours total before shutting down. The charging station can fully recharge the buds completely in about an hour from a 0% charge. The charging station can also retain power for later and can recharge the buds without being plugged into the wall. I haven’t tested how many times it can recharge the buds before the charge needs to be plugged into a wall, but I’m guessing by the light indicators that it’s about four times. A useful plus when traveling. MY ONLY COMPLAINT: The charging cord is about 6” from end to end. That’s inconvenient and bad for the wiring when looking to plug in the charging station and not have it dangling from the wall. When ordering this item, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND also buying a USB extension cord. Easy fix! Maybe also an extra charging block if you wish, but remember that the charging station can hold extra charges for your earbuds without being plugged into the wall. I recharge the station when my phone isn’t plugged in for charging. ... show more

Setup was easy. The device paired well and easily with my Samsung. The case charged quickly. I thought the sound quality was really good. I like that you can feel the bass. I used these during my workouts. I sweat a lot from the head, and that's where my issues with this product lie. When my sweat got onto these ear pieces, random things would happen. It has (without warning) redialed my last contact, called voicemail, increased volume to the max, and decreased volume to the min. When I wipe them off, they work fine again. I believe this has to do with when the sweat contacts the charging connections. They stay in place well. I did have an issue where one of the earpieces turned off due to lack of charge. I thought the case had lost charge, and therefore wasn't charging the earpieces, but it was actually the earpiece that needed to its charging contacts cleaned. There is no easy indication of charge on the ear pieces. Honestly, I don't even know if they turned off when I put them in the case, like they're supposed to. If it wasn't for the random events that occur when I sweat, I would be very pleased with their performance. I loved my old bebens I purchased in 2020 before they changed the listing to the faux airpod style so much. I was extremely disappointed when they were no longer available after delivering consistent quality for 2 years, but I decided to give these a chance because I needed a second set to switch out while working. The sound hits just the right amount of bass for decently loud music, but the longevity and quality just isn't there anymore. The 10$ price drop really shows. I didn't think it would be so different, I was sadly wrong. While charging, they will try to reconnect to whatever source they were last connected to, taking your audio randomly and repeatedly to the point of me having to remove the device from Bluetooth connections while charging. It was a small inconvenience for the price and sound, so I carried on. Month 2 saw battery life after full charge on both going from 6-7hrs to 4-5. Month 3 brought that down to 3 hours if lucky. Month 4 brought a noticeable drop in sound on the left earbud, and as of this morning it no longer functions. It's too late for a refund, so I'm going to go find another company who maintains a product I won't have to fight and replace multiple times a year. Its crazy, the model no longer available is still going strong but these died so fast. RIP beben. ... show more

These are great for people who need a little extra volume. The sound is very good. It competes with the $150 range head sets and the best part is they stay in your ear. I gave a pair to my sister and her friend said "I hope you are getting a lot out of those because you are giving up a lot in looks". To which she replied "I am, it's worth it". translation: they look a little geeky but if you want function these deliver. The bad part about them is that they are super sensitive. One slight inadvertent touch and you are redialing or hanging up on someone. there should be a mechanical on off button but you basically have to put them in the case to turn them off. And the only other complaint I have is that the case has the right ear bud on the left and the left is on the right. I've been using them a couple months and that one still gets me. ... show more

That’s the main issue with these - chargers are trash and sometimes you got one ear fully charged with the other cutting out 30 minutes into anything you listen to..or better yet - nothing charged over night and you have squat to listen to except your deep breathing and all you can hear is your angry voices in your head - why…. ... show more
