First time steamer here; I thought it was broken at first but it just took a bit to warm up I think. Pictures attached - took the wrinkles out of our new curtains! Four stars bc it definitely does not last 15 mins on continuous mode. But hey, it works & I’d recommend, I like how small it is

The customer service for this Beautural steamer is excellent!! My 1st steamer was defective. It leaked water through the nozzle, & would run out of water very quickly. I had already written a 5 star review on same day I got it, because the first time I used it, I had no problems at all, & I was very happy with it. Then, as I used it more, over the next few days, I kept seeing it leaking water a lot & the problem got worse. I decided to change my review from 5 stars to 2 stars, because I genuinely felt the steamer wasn't working as it should at all. I couldn't even get it to steam a seam on regular weight fabric, it just made it all wet. I was pretty upset about it. I had intended on contacting the company about the defective steamer, which I mentioned in my revised review, but within a few hours of my 2 star review, Lydia, who works for Beautural, the steamer company contacted me. Lydia was extremely helpful & kind. She apologized about the defective steamer & she only asked if I could take & send her a picture of the bottom of the steamer, which is where the serial number & other information about the steamer are located. I didn't need to return my defective steamer either. Lydia made sure a brand new steamer was shipped next day to me. I was very impressed with Lydia & this company's customer service, & it was nice for once for a company to want to fix the problem as quickly as possible by contacting me. I've never experienced anything like this on Amazon. I would love for more sellers to stand behind their products, & just want their customers to be happy. The new steamer works great!! I highly recommend this great company & their products. I would definitely buy from them again in the future, & be confident knowing that if I had any problems, they would do whatever was necessary to fix it. This is a great little handheld steamer for occasional use. The rubber tag and stopper are very difficult and I have a feeling it will rip soon. But then I use mine every week so that is probably more often than ‘average’? Still, at this point in time, it’s a great steamer! Heats up quickly and is easy to hold and handle. ... show more

I started buying a lot of clothes online and noticed they were coming in smaller and smaller packages and would be super wrinkled when I opened the package. I hate ironing and some of the material was really delicate so someone told me to get a steamer. I came across this one and it has been wonderful. I have actually traveled with it because it’s somewhat portable. It knocks out the wrinkles without me having to break out an ironing board. My original purchase review called this product garbage because it didn't work, and the troubleshooting guide failed to offer any viable solution to get the thing to work. My issues is that the product turned on, but there was no steam at all despite following the troubleshooting steps of holding down the button for a few seconds. Instead, it just started making this awful noise. All that said, I updated my 1 star review to a 4, because upon submitting a review, the customer service for this product quickly contacted me and offered a full refund, stating that despite quality testing, some products may still be defective. It's unfortunate that it seems that's been the experience of a other customers in the reviews, but it's great that they're willing to rectify the situation in full. ... show more

Love love love this steamer. It has a nice big easy to fill water reservoir & puts out a lot of steam. It's lightweight- which for me is especially important as I have arthritis in both hands- and I can hold it for quite a while. So far I've used it to steam 30 10-inch granny squares, (more than once per square) and the output makes sure it happens quickly. I haven't used it for clothes so I don't know about that, but I'm sure with the large output it should do a great job of de-wrinkling. It hasn't leaked once. It will shut off if left idle for 8 minutes and comes with 3 additional attachments: lint brush, soft brush, and creaser I think it's a great little gadget at a great price. ... show more

***UPDATE*** This company has very good customer service I must say, they replaced the defective steamer right away (or offered a refund), and the second steamer I received worked, yay! Original review: I am very sad, I bought this as a xmas gift for my husband and tried to use it for the first time yesterday. I followed the directions perfectly, power was working, it heated up, but when I hold down the trigger button- no steam came out at all. I tried everything multiple times yesterday and today (yes I even followed the troubleshooting directions), but I give up, it just doesn't work at all. Was planning on steam cleaning a shower curtain for a guest bathroom, and now our guest coming soon will have a wrinkled shower curtain. : ( Maybe the one I got was a dud, if the seller could reach out to me, to replace it or refund me, that would be great, as it's past the return window, but it didn't work brand new. ... show more
