After I wrote my review, the company contacted me and offered me a full refund for my scissors. I really appreciate this type of customer service. I would recommend purchasing from this company, they obviously care about the consumer. My next beauty purchase is here. I just received these, and already the little rubber rings broke. I guess for 10$ we shouldn't complain? But honestly, why are we accepting these "small" issues when we buy products just because they are a decent price? Shouldn't we get quality products no matter what the cost? Just a thought. I'm not returning them because I need a backup pair to my very good regular pair.

I dont know if I got lucky picking out these scissors , but it's the first pair of hair scissors I've ever bought and I'm soooo happy with them. They are smooth they are adjustable. And the removable silicone finger bumpers are so comfortable. Never knew scissors could be comfy, quiet, smooth, and this sharp. Especially for the price. Hopfully they last awhile. I guess we will find out. It's the only thing I can see why they are so cheap compared to some others is because they rust or dull quickly. I don't use them all the time so I imagine they will last me a long time
