  • Had better quality from prev beats headphones
Color: Black Size: One Size
They came in 8.5/10 for the condition but i forget i even bought them used after a week. Sound is 8.5/10 on these for me. Could be a hit a bit more.. feels like its a bit low sometimes. The adjustment part slides, does not click like the others ive had. Does not stay on my head while im working out which kind of upsets me. Battery is great and charges fast. Could last a whole day maybe. The metal gets fingerprints on it. These aren't plastic like the others. It was worth what i paid on amazon. Good buy if you need something and it has the noise transparency which i find useful ... show more

  • Feels Like Brand New
Color: Black Size: One Size
I have been using AirPod (gen 2) and a Plantronics (PLT_Legend) as well as some USB connected headphones by Logitech for my conference calls. I am used to working at home, but since everyone has been restricted to staying at home in NYC, my neighbor has been extremely loud during his phone calls with friends and perhaps colleagues. He is singing to them at full voice a lot, and while he is fine at singing, he can go for 8 hours without stopping. I have been considering a set of noise canceling headphones and my priority has been wireless lately. I have a mix of computers and devices but my work computer is Windows 10 and my phone and tablet are IOS. I had tried out the Solo Pro's at an Apple store when they came out, but 299 seemed like a lot at the time, so when I saw the 'renewed' offer from Amazon I was intrigued, and made the purchase. I am reviewing these based on my experience of one day of use so I will update when necessary. The headphones came in a generic box (inside of an amazon shipping box) and everything was bubble wrapped effectively. The package included the headset, a charging cable, the carrying case, stickers, and a folded quick guide. When I started them up, the headsets would not instantly pair, but I looked up how to reset them (10 second press on the mode and volume down button) and they immediately worked correctly to sync with my IPhone and my IPad. I was also able to easily pair them with my Windows machine. Sound quality has been very good. I have a pair of Seinhauser headphones for music recording purposes which are probably better but for a wireless headset these have a nice sound. As noted by others, they are more neutral than Beats have been historically known. I listened to music and watched some streaming video and the quality was better than my AirPods. For teleconferencing, they performed perfectly. I have had no issue and switching between my devices has been relatively quick. The H1 chip links to my IPhone XS very quickly, and relatively fast on my IPad Pro (first gen) as well as Windows 10 laptop. No issues there. There is no software/app that pairs with these. Active Noise Canceling/Transparent Mode changes can be made with the mode button or by selecting the volume widget in the control center (click it and a little control panel pops up with mode and volume). I only knew that because I am used to IOS's relatively undocumented interfaces, but it is useful to know since you can't entirely tell which mode you are in. ANC worked really well. I have a mechanical keyboard and when I am using Noise Canceling, it is muffled. Normally there are sharp clicks. My neighbor has been almost entirely silenced. Transparent mode changes the sound quality substantially, although it is not 100% of the sound without the head sets. I think it works properly for what it is for. You can't adjust levels of ANC as you might with some headsets. Also you can't adjust equalization of the headsets themselves. Comfort wise, they feel like headsets always do. They press against my ears and eventually I need to take them off to get a break, but I have had them on for several hours both seated and cooking in the kitchen, and found them comfortable for on ear type. I can't vouch for battery charge timing, but I haven't run close to emptying them. Since I often run out of charge on my Airpod during an hour phone call, I am encouraged by that. I like that they use lighting cables to charge as I have several of these around my house and always travel with them. Others may find it annoying. Range is definitely better than either my Plantronics (which connect to a BT300M widget) and my Airpods. Places where normally I have drop out are still getting strong signal with almost no breakup. Even when there is a little cutout they don't lose connection and return to full performance without any glitch. My partner tried them on and now she is asking to borrow them. She found them comfortable and has a smaller head than I do. She liked the sound a lot. If you don't have IOS devices (especially newer ones) you probably would have fewer reasons to get these. At under 200 dollars, I think I have gotten a good deal. Hopefully they will last a while. They seem well made. ... show more

  • Excellent Headphones. Mediocre Renewing
Color: Black Size: One Size
Excellent product. Beats are incredible quality. The noise cancellation is some of the best cancellation I've heard. Can have them on and be tapping feet or walking, and I'll hear absolutely nothing. Even cancels out speech. Transparency mode is also fantastic; it allows you to listen to good quality music, without missing out on everything else. Easy pairing to iPhone, simply put them on and play. Nice having pause, play, volume control, and skip ability all in one place that is also simple and clean looking. Shipping was fast and well tracked. The renew quality, however, was mediocre. Product was very clean, but there were multiple visible scratches. Would have been nice to see some kind of repair for that, whether it be new paint, epoxy, something. ... show more

  • Noise Canceling Is To Die For
Color: Ivory Size: One Size
Cannot hear the gym music or people talking at all it’s good and bad at the same time. If someone tries to talk to me I have to take it off instead of simply putting one ear to the side because I the noise canceling is so good I can’t hear anything else besides my music when I have these on. Comfort on the other hand is a hit or miss. At times I find them very uncomfortable after a few hours. I have small ears so this might not be a problem if your ears are a decent size. Looks very flattering and cute. I love the color. Came in good condition. Easy to pair. Package was new and came in a plastic wrapping. Bonus! I have an apple iPhone and it pairs with Siri unlike the beats pro. I have the option of having Siri read out notifications and she does, pairs with the Apple Watch as well. I get notifications when I hit my workouts etc. Mic is a bit weak in my opinion. I don’t know if I speak to quietly because I can’t hear how loud I talk or if the mic has a hard time catching your voice. Nonetheless, I’m glad it has a mic feature and if I do need it, it’s there. I’ve had this for a month so far. ... show more

  • There great. But I was surprised, regularly mad
Color: Dark Blue Size: One Size
I broke my old pair. this color matches my phone with and without it's case. So navy blue was a must. I found this product. Figured why not because they were cheaper than the old pair. I didn't read the description that well, so it was a surprise to me when they were refurbished and not new. The refurbished product was good. No scratches, works properly, even came in the original box, but the tape on the box was oddly broken. Then trying to pair was a bit of a headache because Danny’s Solo Pro wasn’t recognized on my devices. It was a tell sign that I know for sure it had been refurbished, cuz my name ain’t Danny. So l was originally annoyed. But it passed. Because the product was so greatly restored, they were confusingly like new. Confusingly, because this refurbished pair came out of packaging with its folding capabilities much tighter then the old brand new pair did. The refurbished pair was more sturdy than the pair I brought for brand new, so I was satisfied. I just wish I knew that refurbished was what I was getting. Worn product would have drove me insane because my old pair was well taken care offs well, no scratches, no wear or tear. I just broke them chasing after a spider. I tried fixing it myself, it held up for a week and that was it. The refurbished pair were even better put together and cheaper, can’t complain about them.. ... show more
