I waited a month to post a review since this is the first refurbished item I've ever bought. It may not be the last. They arrived timely and in the original packaging with everything intact and mint even the Beats sticker. Didn't come with the AC adapter which seemed odd - is that normal for these? Luckily I had several lying around from previous phones and bluetooth devices. I don't use them every day but they did survive two five hour plane trips and still had more than half the battery remaining! Sound quality is fine for me but if you're looking for superb quality you may want to check elsewhere. Overall I'm extremely satisfied; no regrets! ... show more
