Amazing pizza flour for thin crust pizzas.

Because I can only eat gluten-free, I haven’t cared for any of the flours that are sold in the grocery stores they all have on tastes the breads always come out with a taste. I don’t like my friend bought me a bag of this flour and we made a loaf of bread together. It’s the best bread I’ve had since I’ve been gluten-free. It’s because it’s actually a wheat flour delicious the texture was great. I just couldn’t believe it. I was ready to cry so I just ordered some so I could start making bread for myself my first thing I tried were flour tortillas sorry I don’t have a picture but they tasted like good old-fashioned flour tortillas. The only thing I would suggest is getting a tortilla press which I’m going to do today anyway it’s excellent.

It's super fine flour and the taste is ok. Gluten free has come a long way. This does have a nice crunch of you like a crunchy crust. But for the price I may stick to the cauliflower crust or the fathead dough.
