The media could not be loaded. Bought this as my first at home pole to practice some tricks and transitions I learned in pole class. I believe it is stainless steel which requires more grip strength than chrome poles, but if you have a grip aid (dryhands etc.) that helps a lot. It’s a really easy set up, the only part I needed help with was keeping it steady while I used both hands to tighten it at the end of the installation. There are instructions and videos to help with set up. Take down is easy as well, I’m able to set it up in my apartment and then take it to my moms so my sisters can have a go too (as seen in pictures). The included travel bag has a spot for everything making transportation convenient. Overall, it’s a great pole on the cheaper side for beginners or people who want to perfect their grip. Rid the pole of oils by wiping it down with rubbing alcohol on a rag for best results. ... show more

It's been a while since I've wanted to get myself a dancing pole and after a thorough research decided to go with this one... And I'm glad I did. It was easy to install (I was kinda afraid it won't be..) and once it's assembled it feels very steady. Can't wait to practice the moves!!
