I first went to Best Buy to get the low down on buying my son a gaming computer. I took notes and everything! Then I spent weeks looking at computer towers on multiple different websites. After thorough researching and reading reviews, I had to finally make a decision as this was going to be a Christmas present. Even though a few reviews for this BeastCom tower claimed it arrived broken and various things, I felt it was the best choice for features, speed, positive reviews and price. I had a professional technician come over to hook it up, he said I made an excellent purchase. When I say this computer tower is lightning fast, I'm not kidding! My son has been playing Fortnite on it, there is NO lagging at all! He was playing with another person, I overheard through his microphone this other person saying my son's computer was too fast and that he was still waiting to join the game. It has the capabilities to play anything he wants on it, it has never overheated and is so quiet that you don't hear that it's on. Worth every penny! ... show more

This PC does not come with a functional WiFi card; it's advertised as a pre-built gaming PC in 2024-2025 - you would think it would have a functional base component required for nearly all modern computer based tasks. I seen a review where the glass broke during shipping, this did not happen with mine. Mine came perfectly fine, it turned on no issues. All components work and look great and is a great starter Pc! As a citizen of the United States It does take a while to get here,but it's worth the wait!!

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I got this for my daughter and it doesn’t work. The computer came without a windows product key installed which is required for the pc to do anything. It was supposed to be included in the computer but isn’t. It costs $200 to get a new windows product key installed which is ridiculous considering how much the computer already is. The computer is extremely slow too and is cheaply made. Do not buy this computer unless you want to be scammed out of $200. ... show more

I bought this PC for my son as he wanted a gaming PC. It works great. We did have an issue right away where the wifi was not working. There were a couple of parts that were bad when I ran the troubleshooter. I contacted customer support and they sent me a wifi adapter which fixed the issue. I am very happy with their service. I hope we don't have any more issues but if we do, I feel confident that customer support will make it right. ... show more

I bought this computer as a Christmas gift. I had no idea what to look for in a gaming pc. I did a little research and thought I knew what I was doing when I bought it. Long story short, everything ran perfectly until it came to gaming. Slow fps on certain games. After talking to some friends. I learned that these pc's do not come with a dedicated graphics card. The cpu has integrated graphics. Which is ok for light gaming. But, if you want to unlock the full potential of this budget pc, you need to buy a dedicated graphics card. Which cost me another $360 for a budget gpu and installation. With that said, the pc works just fine with no issues so far. I like the RGB lights and the general esthetic of it. Would I recommend it. Probably not! Depending on what you're looking to use it for. 2-3 star from me! ... show more

Wehn the computer arrived I was extremely hesitant because the box was highly damaged in shipping then upon opening the box finding the front case broken off. Still, I plugged it in, and it fired up completely fine and after doing some minor software updates, I found the Wi-Fi completely wouldn't work and had to switch to Ethernet cable after that and getting the software the computer funs games and all my needs as I expect, also the remote that came with it was completely broken. Good for a beginner but wouldn't recommend to anyone needing it for any serious use. ... show more
