That being said I tend to forget where i set my beverage down and have lost a couple of these tumblers. Got tired of spending so much on the Yedi and thought I'd try THE BEAST. Well I'm very pleased and will buy again. But wouldn't you know it as soon as the BEAST arrived I found my Yedi hiding from me in the garage. So I thought "lets put THE BEAST to the test". Side by side test over a 16 hour no touch test and THE BEAST had more ice than the Yedi next day. For the price you can't beat it and it comes in different colors. I bought this tumbler as a replacement for my husband's well-loved $$$ Yeti. The Yeti has been in use for over a decade and is faded, scratched up, and the lid is cracked, but it keeps his drinks cold and hot, fits in his cupholder, and has a simple lid design. It's hard to find the simple lid design and Yetis are expensive, so I bought the 30 oz black tumber to see if my husband will like it. The Beast box had some dings (it was in a plastic bag mailer with no protection), but the tumbler was packed neatly inside and was perfectly sound. It looked great, so I took it outside to make sure it fits in his cupholder, which it did. The cupholder has four little plastic things in it that lightly grip a cup (I say "lightly" because they move super easily to fit around a cup - they don't grip hard). When I picked the thermos up, it had four light scratches where the cupholder gripped. I figured that they'd rub off, but they did not. If that's how easily this brand of thermos scratches, I am shocked!!! The four scratches look more severe from some angles, but they are very visible against the dark thermos. I also noticed that there is a gouge out of the rubber seal on the lid. It doesn't appear to be part of the design and definitely couldnting have happened during shipping. It's a shame, the thermos is beautiful and Beast has a great reputation. But no thermos should scratch this easily! ... show more

My tumbler arrived in perfect condition. It holds over 40oz of liquid however will be slightly less with the lid on. I verified it’s capacity using my bakers scale as seen in my photo. I love the color and feel of the tumbler. The lid seals in the liquid perfectly with no leaks. It fits nicely in the cup holders of my f-150 truck. The included stainless steel straws and brush are a nice addition. I haven’t tested it’s cold or heat retention however I’m confident their claims will meet my expectations. Having put the tumbler in and out of the trucks holder repeatedly I’ve not noticed any signs of wear, no paint scratching at all. All in all I love this tumbler. I would however have preferred a stainless cap instead of plastic, just a personal and environmental choice for me. I think you’ll be pleased if you decide on this purchase. ... show more

I ordered this "Beast" as a Christmas present for my wife. It is so perfect for her. She loves the color yellow. it holds more. The straw is just a cool idea. It fits in the cup holder in the better than her last one. It alsp hold it temperature longer than her old. She took "The Beast" filled it with Ice and water and went to work at 5:30 when she got home that night around 6:00 PM the Beast still had ice in it She loves it more than her Yeti. I was looking for an orange cut for my husband, who is a big Tennessee fan (go Vols!). No, it's not the exact shade of orange but it's orange so... I wanted a cup that could go in the dishwasher - so sick of handwashing these type of cups, that would keep his coffee hot and his coke zero cold.
