I rated this product a 3 star because it is not as easy to set up as they make it seem. Me and my husband spend about 30 min setting it up and under a hot sun in the beach, let's just say 30 minutes can feel like a life time. The little shovels the set comes with are very flimsy and feel cheap it takes forever filling the sand sacks with them. The sticks where also hard to keep up, by the time you got to the second or third, one of them would fall. A couple times I did regret buying it and cursed my self for not going with a traditional pop tent. But! Once the thing is up it isn't to bad, it gives great shade and does hold against the wind. A couple times I was sure the wind was going to take the whole thing down, but it did not. So I ended up staying with it. I am going to order better shovels And getting a new storage bag for it since the sipper on mine broke as I was putting everything away. Other wise not to bad. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This beach tent comes in a nice sized carrying bag which is large enough that I was able to put it all back into the bag when we packed it away without a struggle. The shade it provided was big enough to fit 4-6 adults in chairs and a few kids playing in the sand - all within the shaded area. This is so much lighter and easier to bring to the lake than other large tents or umbrellas . The setup was very easy. I could do it alone with no problem in under 15 minutes. It comes with 4 poles, toggle straps to tie around the top of the pole for security and it comes with stakes (or you can use the sand bags, but since I set it up in my yard for pictures I just used the stakes. The quality is very nice and the price was good. We go to the lake almost every weekend, so we plan on using this a lot this summer. ... show more

The idea is great but the finished product, not so much. Bought it in May and just now using it. It last less than 3 days on the beachโ˜น๏ธ The poles just aren't strong enough for windy days on the beach. Very disappointing for sure. Can I purchase extra poles??

    • when itโ€™s windy the tent pushes in on one one side , it got easy to put up and down in 5 minutes

it worked for what i needed it to do for 6 hours on the beach in florida 95* ans sunny , it was easier and better to put up and take down ,once i got used to it

This is a great beach shade to replace umbrellas. It survives the windy beach. The beach tent with 8 sandbags is very stable. Plus, I really like the fabric, it's soft to the touch and the sand didn't stick to it. Highly recommend.

The poles bent the first time we used it. Do not use if it is a windy day. Tent part was light weight and soft material. Easy to put up. Need stronger poles
