  • High Quality Fans
Size: 140mm PWM high-speed Style: Silent Wings 4
The fans are built very well especially the cables which have protected ends. The push pins are really easy to use and fans are very quiet overall. Does get loud near 1700 rpm but pushes a lot of air.

  • FANTASTISCH!
Size: 120mm PWM Style: Silent Wings Pro 4
Let me just start by saying, these fans are GORGEOUS. Seriously, these are the best looking fans on the market by far and no other fan comes close. These just look so premium and expensive. They feel it too. These things are HEFTY for a PC fan. They just feel so solid and well built and genuinely feel like a product that's made to last. The cable these fans have is also just so unnecessarily nice. Yo, they for real SLEEVED the cable and gave it a plastic connector with the Be quiet logo on it. What?! Ain't no one EVER gonna see/feel that cable or the nice connector. But they did it anyways so the moment you install these for the first time you feel like you TRULY got your moneys worth. This is the sort of attention to detail you want from a high-end product! Alright, onto performance and noise levels. I've compared these fans to the Phanteks T30's, Noctua A12x25's, and the Corsair AF120 RGB Elites. These were the only fans I had lying around for testing. These blow the Corsair's so far out of the water I won't even spend time comparing the SWP4 to the Corsairs. Total knockout, three fold. These are better than the Noctua's. They spin much faster and sound quieter to my ears. No professional measuring equipment here, but these are damn nearly silent until about 1,600 RPM. The Phanteks are the better performers, but not by much. This is a given because they are 30mm thick versus 25mm on the SWP4. However, I only noticed a degree difference in GPU temps between the two. However, the SWP4 were quieter. Let's also not forget that the SWP4, being the slightly thinner fan versus the Phanteks, will have better compatibility with longer GPU's and smaller cases. I will gladly take a degree difference for a quieter fan that has slightly better overall compatibility. I love these fans so much that I ended up populating my entire system with them. They are truly worth the price simply because of the performance, build quality, noise levels, presentation, attention to detail, and nice additional accessories. For users looking for the 'One Fan to Rule Them All' fan, these are it. ... show more

  • Probably the best performing fan you can get overall, but VERY expensive.
Size: 140mm Style: Silent Wings 4
I got this $28 140mm fan to use as a single rear exhaust fan on my computer which has 3x 120mm front intake fans and it works great. It pushes a lot of air, and spins relatively slow so it is very quiet too. I did end up returning it though because I also bought a similar Thermalright fan for $8 and it works equally as well for all aspects of it's performance so I switched to that brand instead. ... show more

  • These Fans Are Exceptionally Quiet - Hence Their Name!
Size: 140mm PWM high-speed Style: Silent Wings 4
There is not a lot I need to say about these fans. I bought three of them for my to replace my older case fans, and what a difference they make. Not only is the case cooler, but these fans are whisper quiet, even at full speed. The only fans I still hear are the ones on the CPU air cooler. I may need to get two120mm Silent Wings 4 fans. I would highly recommend these Silent Wings 4 140mm fans!!! ... show more

  • Not Quite the Best Bang for $
Size: 120mm PWM Style: Silent Wings Pro 4
Overall this is a quality PC fan. That being said there are better options and values for your money. I bought two of these fans to use in my tower cooler (ThermalRight Peerless Assassin 120) cooling a Ryzen 7800X3D. I was and am currently running two XPG Vento Pro - Nidac Gentle Typhoon fans), and wanted to see if the Silent Wings Pro 4 fans would make a difference, based off online reviews and higher CFM at top speed. After a couple days of use here are my conclusions. PRO: Top Speeds. With Ultra High Speed selected on the fan, you can get a top speed of more/less 3000 RPM. Compared to the XPG fans I'm using which top out at 2150 RPM, that's quiet a bit of headroom. CON: You're only getting those top speeds while benchmarking or cpu stress testing. Yes, the Silent Wings preform better and move more air that other fans, but 90% of the time you're going to be using these fans at low percentages, and not benefiting from that additional speed/air flow unless your really putting a load on your CPU. I have custom fan curves set, and even while gaming (RTX 4080 @ 1440p UW) my CPU never got hot enough that the higher speeds of these fans kicked in. PRO: Quiet, Quiet, Quiet.... these fans are super quite.... at idle and medium speeds. You almost forget they are running. They defiantly live up to their name here. CON: Not that quite at 3000 RPM when running all out.... but then again, you wouldn't expect them to be, but kind of ties into my next point. CON: At idle and medium speeds these fans are moving less air than my $21 XPG - Gentle Typhoon fans. Like I said, I ran these for a complete day of work, web browsing, YouTube, etc. with HWInfo64 open the whole time to monitor temps. They ran about 1C - 1.5C degrees warmer than my Gentle Typhoon fans... may not sound like a lot, but they did run warmer. That being said, when I ran a couple benchmarks, they were a couple degrees cooler than other fans... but I'd totally expect them to be due to 2150 RPM vs. 3000 RPM. This goes back to my previous points, yes technically these fans can cool better at higher speeds, however 1) how often are you actually running at these higher speeds, and 2) to get the full cooling benefit of these fans, you're sacrificing the the quietness of them, which is most attractive thing about them. PRO: Damn they look sexy. Can't say I've ever seen a better looking fan... for whatever that is worth. CON: Price. I'm not a person who cares that much for price, I typically want the best product for my system, price be damned. But I realize I'm most likely in the minority in that regard. At $35 each you can make up your own mind on the value of this fan, compared to the XPG fans, which are currently $21 each on Amazon. Conclusion: After giving these fans a try, I am retuning them and putting back in my XPG - Gentle Typhoons. No they don't spin at 3000 RPM at top speed, and no they aren't all nice and black with sexy lines on the fins, BUT they cool better at temp ranges that my CPU will fall in 90% of the time, for roughly 2/3 of the price. And I can live with that. ... show more

  • Not exactly "low noise"
Size: 120mm PWM high-speed Style: Silent Wings 4
In this case, "quiet", "silent" and "low noise" are relative terms. They are still loud when you max them out but not as loud as some other high speed fans. I love Be Quiet fans but they are expensive and would hesitate to recommend them to anyone on a budget.
