They run a little large - I normally wear a size 8, but could have gotten a 7.5. They are comfortable and cushy. It has a raised foot bed that makes it comfortable.. I haven't taken them to the beach yet. For now, I wear them around the house. But I don't wear them outside because the soles have air holes, designed to walk easily in sand and I have a gravel walkway and the little rocks get into the holes that I had to pick out. Otherwise, I'm happy with them. Got the pink ones, and the color is holding up well - no fading.

I’ve read all the reviews, I’m an 8 1/2-9.. reviews said to size down… 8 was to small ( to short & to tight) I ordered a 9, it’s on the way.. I’m a 9 in the slides, should have ordered the same in the flip flop instead of listening to the reviews! I hope this helps someone.
