I was so tired! Literally because I was not sleeping because my bed is uncomfortable. I wuold wake up several times with soreness on my hips shoulders, back and knees. I cant afford to replace my mattress at this time so took a chance on this topper as a solution. I was very anxious to try it out so I just laid it out over my bottom sheet the first time. I didnt want to do the whole set up in case I was going to be dissapointed and send it back. Well, thats not going to happen! I love it! I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! I wish it it came in white as all of my bedding is white. I am hoping when I make it properly with it under the bottom sheet it wont show so bad. I just prefer white. If you are looking for super plush and sink in softness - this is your choice.

*EDITED* This company's customer service is A+. Within a couple of hours of posting this review they offered me a full refund for this massive product. I really loved it 😭 my advice would to be to put a waterproof protector on the top of this so like a mattress it doesn't have to be washed. It specifically states that the topper is machine washable. I followed the instructions. It absolutely is not! And obviously it's being sewed because there is no way it's going to fit back into the box! Extremely upset that something so expensive ripped on the first washing.

Looks just like the picture after you take it out don’t freak out it looks too small it takes few hour for the purple foam to expand . Finally after few hrs it looked king size! I didn’t even sleep on my brand new mattress without putting this topper on. And I swear I don’t want to get out the bed. I suffer from spinal stenosis and sciatica and couldn’t get comfortable , I was waking up in more pain then I was going to sleep. This item is worth every penny and customer service is great !
