Update: the seller reached out and gave me a refund for my not so great experience, so I can also say they have great customer service. Most would not even bother to reach out, let alone refund you. Our dogs took right to it. It is loud as they move around because of the material, but it’s very nice to have a single travel mat for two large dogs to share. Much simpler to roll out one mat. It rolls up easily to get back into its bag, too!
