Description

The BCH ST2K-DTF is an A4 desktop DTF printer converted to produce film transfers with color artwork and a white backing layer. Use it to prepare designs for light and dark garments, then apply DTF powder, cure the transfer and heat-press it onto suitable fabric.Modified for DTF filmBCH modifies the mainboard and reprograms the PW and PE sensor controls for film printing. The adjustable rear extension supports incoming film, while the four-point front platen lets you adjust support height and angle along the exit path.Print on A4 sheets or longer pieces cut from A4-width film rolls. Yink Studio’s repeat- layout tools let you arrange multiple designs along the loaded film. Support the film as it exits. This is a manually handled cut-film workflow, not an automatic roll-to-roll system.Four-channel printing with white inkThe ink system uses cyan, magenta, yellow and white. Yink Studio combines CMY to create dark and black image areas. There is no dedicated black channel; color and deep-black appearance depend on the artwork, ink, profile and settings.Software-assisted maintenanceYink Studio tracks white-ink-covered area and triggers cleaning between pages at the configured threshold. Timed cleaning can also run during idle periods while the software remains running and the printer is available.These functions reduce manual maintenance but do not replace nozzle checks, proper white-ink handling, waste-bottle care or storage procedures. The waste counter can be reset with the supplied utility; the bottle must still be emptied separately.Software licenseThis package includes a 30-day Yink Studio license. Continued use of licensed functions after expiration requires renewal or a perpetual license or select appropriate license term when purchase.
