PURCHASE THIS TRAMPOLINE. When we first got this trampoline I was very impressed at the thought that was put into ease of assembly and instructions that made sense. Parts were clearly marked and easy to put together with push-button style snap clips. Additionally the ladder is wide, with wide step treads that are easy for my 2 and 4 year old to climb safely and comfortably. I love that the whole trampoline and net are black/ dark gray the color is very appealing for a minimalist like me. The net is the BEST set up I have ever seen. It is quick to put up and take down (I did it by myself) with individual clips to the springs, no threading of a string to keep it in place. This makes it easy to take down quickly if needed. We recently encountered a very severe storm and unfortunately were not home to take the net down in time. The BCan customer service was AMAZING. I am so happy we purchased this product and that the company helped us take care of damaged parts so our kids could get back to playing on it. The build quality is great compared to the previous trampoline we owned, the base braces are practical and engineered well. Very happy with this purchase!

We purchased this as a Christmas gift to replace our old, smaller trampoline. The kids have loved it! That’s until there was some bad weather (tornado a few miles away) and the stakes didn’t hold. Luckily it was tethered but it still was able to flip. I contacted customer service right away to see about where I could purchase the replacement parts needed. They emailed me asking what parts I needed rather quickly. I emailed back the list and their response was that they sent out a whole new trampoline!! This was in NO way their fault or obligation to replace and they chose to do so anyways. I did email back stating I’d be happy to pay for the parts/trampoline and they simply told me not to worry about it and to enjoy. I never write reviews, but felt the amazing service needs to be acknowledged. (We have since ordered better anchors so hopefully will not happen again)

The mat on this trampoline is HORRIBLE quality!!!! I cannot overstate how horrible quality. We bought the 16ft Tseries trampoline. It went together easily, it looks great, but the straps sewn onto the jumping mat (the ones that hold the rings to connect the mat to the springs) begin ripping off within a week or two. We bought the trampoline Jan. 1st and waited a few weeks to put it up. It's now May 1st and we're already on our second mat and almost half the rings on the second mat are ripping off! See pictures. The company did send a replacement mat no problem but the stitching is just crap! It's quite obvious there's not nearly enough stitching to hold the straps and rings on... The weight rating on this trampoline is really high so the mat should be designed to withstand a lot. But we've got one skinny 15 year old who's pretty much the only one using the trampoline and it keeps doing this!

I bought two BCAN trampolines (this one and the small 48” for rebounder workouts), and the quality is great. They are intuitive to assemble and feel sturdy (solid construction). I love my rebounder trampoline and my kids love this 14’ trampoline. Both feel secure and safe. Unfortunately, our 14’ one was ruined in a windstorm but fortunately BCAN completely took care of me. They were responsive and made me feel like a valued customer. I will be a lifelong BCAN trampoline owner and highly recommend purchasing a trampoline from this company.

Our kids love this trampoline! Only issue we are now having is some of sewn on spring supports have broken off from the inner mesh. The frame and springs themselves are still fine, but not sure how to repair once these inner supports have torn away?

The trampoline is good, works the way it should. But I am giving them 5Stars for their customer service. Before we could get get the trampoline staked down, there were strong winds that blew it over and caused damage to the netting poles and the safety net. I reached out to see how much replacements would cost. They covered the cost of the replacements and shipping. I work in customer service and know how it should be. This was fantastic customer service. I’m going back and forth with my questions and them requesting information from me, their responses were always the same day.

Very impressed with this trampoline! The packaging was very well done and it was easy to set up. Great value for the dollar. We bought a 14’ and glad we did so the kids have enough room without bouncing into each other. The kids are over the moon excited. The safety net seems very durable and strong, love that the poles bow out to give better protection. Took our family about 1.5 hours; we had the kids age 8 and 10 help, they loved it! Overall very impressed and highly recommend.

These pictures are how the jumping mat is sewn together. Yep your seeing this right the straps are cut then sewn onto the mat ! Within a week you will have the threads come unraveled and the strap break loose! This is totally not safe at all ! The jumping mat is also very flimsy, not like any trampoline we have ever jumped on before. It gives way too much, my children would complain because their backs were hurting when jumping on the trampoline for even a short period of time. I was thinking at first it was because they hadn’t jumped on a trampoline in a long time. But after having 3 straps fall off in a week with them hardly even jumping on the trampoline because their backs would hurt if they did, I noticed how the mat was actually sewn and why we were having these issues. I’m writing all of this so hopefully you won’t be making the same mistake I made and spend over $300 on something that could potentially harm someone. The BCAn customer service was great about the situation, but I would definitely not recommend buying this trampoline.
