These are of very high quality and very sturdy. The platform is tightly woven and very supportive. The assembled product is not monstrously huge, taking up very little space. Using the handlebar is a gamechanger and I've felt very safe using it and I can't imagine using the rebounder without it. The phone holder is a definite plus and my phone is on the larger size. The bounce can be anywhere from hardly moving to as robust as you want. As far as the assembly goes, I greatly appreciated that there was one extra of every screw, washer, nut and bolt as sometimes when putting new things together you're lucky is something isn't missing. It was very easy to put together, the instructions were easy to follow and only took less than 30 minutes. All in all, this is a great buy!!

Using almost daily for short periods of time since purchasing. Following "Owl and Earth" recommendation for purchasing and been using a couple of her videos for beginners. Phone holder doesn't work with my phone in its case; not a deal breaker. Husband helpfully set up the recommended configuration of green and red for my weight and size. PT confirmed bare feet or the included grippy socks are good for helping the muscles within the feet to work more too. Appreciate having the included bar to use for stability; I am not planning on doing high jumping or aggressive bouncing. More of the slow health bounce and I am seeing some small improvement on the lymphatic drainage-- which makes sense with not using it aggressively. Slow and steady is better for my personal use. Be aware of the "aches" or "body flu" feeling as you start to use it - it is a real thing even with only limited use. Longest usage now is a twelve minute video and separately, 15 minutes with the health bounce and gentle marching in place. Otherwise currently aiming for about 10 to 12 minutes of "combined time" over short time with the health bounce. I feel stable and haven't felt the stress in my ankles as I feared might happen but again, I am being low and slow. For other users, I am 5'2", 54 with regular pt/pilates reformer work 2x weekly for hips and with a previous ankle and knee injury so being very careful and cautious. I keep it near my desk and have liked being able to pause for a couple of minutes several times throughout my very long work days (10 to 14 hours) to do the bounce. I have noticed my legs feel better inconjunction with using my standing desk, walking, daily pt exercises and raising them up against the wall. I can see an improvement around my ankles directly and am hoping it continued upwards on the legs. I'd like to build up to 30 to 45 minutes at a time; currently there is a fatigue that builds up during the slightly longer sessions I have done -- it feels like walking in the sand at the beach, a little more effort but not bad, just noticeable over a bit of time. The surface is very stable and when I add the necessary knee bend with the bounce and focus on pushing downwards, I can tell it is is engaging my body as desired. If you have the space, and are looking for a way to add some gentle movement to your day to help your body move fluid and to get some activity in - I'd recommend purchasing- it feels like materials are of good quality, the appear to be having no initial signs of wear and my husband was able to set it up for me in less than 30 minutes. (It could be awkward for some to move, like me, I am short but he's 6' so it is easy for him to maneuver for me up the stairs and into place.) It also doesn't move once in place, very stable feeling as you bounce. I feel better using it and with the videos available all over YouTube, you won't get easily bored.

I bought my rebounder a month ago and have been very happy with it. This is an expensive model for Bcan but it is well worth the $300 bucks! It was easy to put together and switching out the bungee cords was really easy. I’m a 230lbs guy so I had to make it more firm. This model is really sturdy bc it doesn’t fold.

This is a good, sturdy, easy to assemble trampoline/rebounder with a large jump surface. The first one I ordered broke at a weld spot within a month but the customer service was really great and replaced it. The new one seems to not have that same issue and I haven’t had any problems with it. Good bounce and I like the various options it comes with (another set of bungees and the handle w/phone holder).

I like this rebounder. It appears to be durable and sturdy. The quality is good and it is not noisy. I am 5'6, 148 lbs. The only drawback is if you jump hard or a little high, which I do not, It moves around slightly and seems to tip a little, not tip like it is going to tip over, just tip a fraction off the floor. I have hardwood floors, so that may be the problem. If I had a rubber mat to put it on, that would probably take care of that problem. I have never used a rebounder, so that may be the nature of this piece of equipment. Otherwise, I would have given this a five star.

I am 77 so I did NOT want a rebounder that I had to put together and I wanted a good one with a soft bounce because I have a bad back. This Rebounder is perfect. All I had to do was attach the legs and the T bar. It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The instructions were good but if you need more help there are directions on YouTube. I absolutely love this B-Can soft land Pro. Thank you Amazon.

One of the pieces arrived bent and I am unable to attach the handle bar. I didn't notice it untiI I was almost finished putting it together. I contacted BCAN about the defect and I was told that they didn't have a replacement part locally and that they would have to order it and it was going to take 15-21 to receive. Update: I was immediately contacted by BCAN after my review. They were very apologetic about the bent part. They sent me a new trampoline since the part had to be shipped internationally. I can not speak more highly about the customer service I have received from BCAN. They truly care about their customers and their product. If I could I would now give them a 5 star rating⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
