This is an old school product that still packs a huge punch. I ordered one for myself and one for my homegirl and she was very excited to find that BC powder was still for sale. Lol. She's not really very active in the technology world so Amazon is not something she goes on regularly. When I told her that I could get her a pack, she was very happy and has been taking them as needed with zero complaint. I also have a pack for myself that I feel works pretty well. If you are intolerant to the taste of medicine, you can simply mix this in a small amount of water or juice. It doesn't taste the best going down, but the point is pain alleviation and not flavor. Some people just take it straight out of the package in their mouth and don't have a problem with it. They do offer the flavored version, but I don't think it's worth the price compared to this one that does the job equally as well. ... show more

These BC Powders are Always Dependable and We All need that right Now with so many Stressors in Life!!! The Caffeine in the Arthritis Pain Version does make You decide when it's too late in the Day if Sleep is an issue. All BC Powders taste very bitter- but that's just the medicine!
