I've been taking bc powder every since I was a teenager for migraines now I'm on topomax which you have to get through a Drs prescription nevertheless I'm now about to turn 70 and have sciatica and inflammation in my joints and muscles which the hematologist,and rhumatologist can't figure out why so undiagnosed or fibromyalgia which is the general category they throw any condition that they can't diagnose. I've been on gabapentin, neurotrophic drugs and presently on methadone,and oxycodone for sciatica in both legs but nothing works like a bc powder I take the 1000 mg and it takes most of the achy joint and muscle pain away it's not perfect but I haven't found anything yet that works better hands down Please note if you're on any type of blood thinners consult with your primary care Dr also it's hard on your gi system my GI Dr did an endoscopy and found ulcers in my stomach so take it with something I now take it with peanut butter before n after so as to cost my throat and stomach Plus aspirin constricts your blood vessels and makes it hard to find an adequate vein so if you're going to give blood make sure you abstain at least a week before you have any blood work done and if you're going to get a epidural or any type of surgery the Dr will make you aware not to take aspirin bc bleeding may occur Please pray with me to get off of these heavy narcotics even though they help I'm going to try just the bc powder at least I know it's not addictive ... show more
