Ordered product, arrived on time packaged well but no instructions whosoever🤔. Wasn't too complicationed so I finally figured out how to apply product. Item was definetly well made and has the potential of being an even greater product, if heavier weight options could be a possibility. The straps were solid, the strap on the bottem definetely adds in that extra security and holds the product on the feet very well. There were 4 clips to access the hook-on bands from each angle. That was a great addition verus similar products. I've been working out using bands, weights and bars for a few years, so I'm not new to using this type of product. In my honest opinion, the straps are great and can be beneficial at home or even using them at the gym doing kick-backs and many others leg/glute exercises. The band's were marked at 30lbs, 40lbs, & 50lbs, but honestly they didn't seem that strong. But ive just started using them, so its possible it will take a little more time to see the true results. Either way definetely will help with glute activation, which is always a plus!! These straps & bands would probably be a great option for someone new to working out, who workouts from home, or even gym goers. I left feedback for seller regarding product being recieved with no instructions. Seller reached out to me, and offered to send me out another set of the straps/bands including instructions, at no charge. Its awesome when you run into companies/sellers who stand behind their products and maintain great customer service! Highly recommend this product and this Seller! I don’t love the resistance bands. You can see from the second pic the distance between the feet before you start to get resistance. You can still get a workout with them but the range of motion for a workout is different than a fixed resistance band or a cable machine. Even still, the ankle straps are great, you get different connection points on them and Im still glad I have them. ... show more
