I have been taking the combo for 6 weeks now. It works for me. It took until 3 weeks of taking before I noticed the effects. It started with feeling fool while eating my evening meal. I was only eating half and was completely full. Didn’t need anything the rest of the night. By end of week 4, I noticed feeling full during the day as well. Now at 6 weeks I am seeing results on the scale. I have only lost 3 lbs, but that is a lot for my post menopausal body. Normally it would take me 6 weeks to lose only 1.5 pounds. Opiates, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, THC, CBD, Kratom, Massage, Weed, Edibles , PainBlock Injections, anything you can think of, I have taken! I have old injuries, but my hips really starting hurting bad after I quit Hormones. Im 72. This Product is the ONLY thing I have ever taken that has taken my PAIN to a ZERO! Im not kidding. My only drawback about these pills are the size and hard to swallow and of course Price is fairly steep, BUT, it works! I don't want to Jinx myself and have taken a few weeks to give a review. I really cant believe it! I dont even use my Grab Bars to get off the toilet anymore! Thank you Product People. Please don't change it at all, unless you make another form like gummies, Thank YOU!! The supplements Provitalize and Previtalize were developed for special goals, including problems with the colon (like strengthening your gut and immune health, Digestive Health, Menopause Bloat, Goodbye menopause belly bloat and “pooch”) and weight loss (Reclaim Curves In All The Right Areas). The product promises "Hello, flatter tummy! Experience the thrill of pulling off the latest styles, cuts & fits". In my experience, these products worsened my condition and created a lot of gut pain. I wish I knew the limitations before I bought them. I did some research and I found out that the possible reason could be that these products are not totally suitable for people with FODMAP-sensitivity, because they also contain high FODMAP ingredients (especially, Previtalize). My point is because the products address the colon conditions, it has to be very clear which ones exactly.

I've been taking for about a month now. I've noticed I'm not as hungry and don't have food cravings. I did forget to take it one morning and was hungry throughout the day which I thought was interesting. Going to give it another month. Not using for pain or menopausal symptoms.

I love the gut health of this combo. I still experience hot flashes but it may take a minute for those to go away. As far as gut health, I see the difference. I have a consistent bowel movement and believe this helps with bloating. I want to try their other products. I was concerned with taking 2 of each daily and tried something else. I RUSHED back to order this product. I recommend.

I’ve only been taking this for a little over a week and certainly didn’t expect any changes this soon….which there have not been any other than I now have a really bad taste in my mouth and bad breath…has anyone else experienced this while taking these supplements? It’s so bad that I don’t know if I can continue taking them

This is working!!! Losing my muffin top and only a month 1/2 into use!! Less hungry and no craving junk or sweets as much. Blood sugar is great. So far not adverse side effects.
