Arrived a day early. Balanced 2oz and under per wheel. Moderate road noise at low speed but ride quality not bad at all. Tread quality seems good. They look awesome in person. Very happy with the price and initial install.

I purchased the MT/01 tires for my wife's jeep for Christmas. The tires arrived as scheduled. When we attempted to have them installed, the service tech added 15 oz of weights to the first tire and could not get it to balance. I told him to try the others and he added another oz to them and could not get any of the tires to balance after a pound of weight. I tried to return the tires and was issued an Return approval (not prepaid shipping labels). It would cost $240 for me to ship them back to Simple Tires. They then told me they would submit a warranty claim for me because the tires were mounted and concidered used. Simple tire then asked if I would provide Balance print outs, inspection reports with photos and other ancillary documents. The installer said he would need to rebalance the tires ($170) plus complete the reports and photos ($300) and I would still need to pay for the return ($240). If you want an off road tire that does not need to go over 30 mph. These might be ok. If not be careful... Mine were unusable and I ended up cutting my losses because there was no guarantee that I would ever see my refund. Had I continued with the return, I would have $710 invested in getting back my $940 tire purchase. I am sure you can see how simple tire works with returns and refunds. As a side note, the response within Amazon messenger were very polite. I am sure this has likely happened before. Please be careful. Happy New year all! So far so good I’ve had them for about a month now. To me they have the roaring sound that a lot of mud tires have but my husband says no. The quality of the rubber looks good and my truck definitely rides a lot smoother.

I looked high and low and for the best price, these were the cheapest 33's for a 15" rim I could find. Bought via Amazon but shipped from SimpleTire. Ordered on a Thursday, arrived on Saturday AM. Mounted and balanced just fine. One tire did take some extra weight to balance (9oz total), but not that much more than the others. Could be an issue with my rim (had 5oz with previous tire) and these are big mud tires. They do measure a bit narrower than 12.50. I'd say they are closer to a 10.50 at the tread, but that's fine with me. 33x10.50's cost more than 33x12.50's and I don't mind the smaller footprint. It looks like they are 12.50 at the widest part of the sidewalls (which is were most tire companies measure width). I have them mounted on a 15x8 rim. These are for an off-road only build I'm working on and for a budget build, I don't think you could do any better. Tread is 19/32 (not listed for the 33's) and they come in a bit heavy at 67 lbs each (per fedex). Happy with the way they look, hopefully I can test them out and report back on performance off road. ... show more
