Meta Balance is amazing. I'm in menopause. I initially bought this to help with my wild mood swings, but lately it's also started controlling my hot flashes. How do I know? Well, I ran out for a few days and kept forgetting to reorder it. Three days after I stopped, full on hot flashes started. I hadn't had them yet at all, so I'm sure the MB was controlling them. Delivery was perfect! But this combined with the Meta-Fem (as recommended) was way too strong for me. Only taking 2 of the meta-fem in the morning and then 2 of these in the afternoon made me incredibly moody and anxious. Had to get off it and just stick with Meta-Fem for now.

These don't work very well. I notice no difference. Actually hot flashes seem worse with them. They are also very expensive!!!

This product and all Thorne products I have taken work really well. I hadn't had a period in a year because of previously being on the birth control shot (I had been off it for a year and still nothing) My doctor told me my progesterone and estrogen levels were low. One bottle of this and I have had 2 periods that were healthy and on a cycle. YAY! So glad I found this product! I ran out and my mood has kinda been a little low so I know I need to buy another bottle. Do not use birth control ladies, it messes everything up!! (Depression, low back pain, headaches, disrupted gut health, weight gain, i could go on and on) This product is helping me repair all the damage that years of taking birth control did. I also try to take Thorne Deproloft on a regular basis. (You will notice your nails getting healthier with it before you notice a mood uplift) ... show more

Quite simply put, I have been using this product for years, and will continue to do so. Every time I try to make a go without it (because they are a bit costly), those old menopausal symptoms come right back in about a week's time. So I know it works. For me anyway. It totally keeps irritability and heat flashes at bay. The directions say to take 4 a day, but 2 capsules seems to work for me. They do take anywhere from a few days to a week to kick in. ... show more

I feel pretty fine and do not know if I can thank this product - although I have been through some very stressfull weeks and kept very balanced. Could be. I may stop and see if I notice a difference - Seems like a great product.
