Have been using these a lot for support of older Dell Latitude E-series laptops. I have ordered and used more than two dozen now, and only one has been a lemon. If conditioned right, they actually out-perform the Dell batteries costing 3x as much. Their life cycle might be a bit shorter than the Dell OE batteries (I find I need to replace these about once a year or so), but at 1/3 the cost, that is still a win. Cheap replacement for an older laptop, I was happy to go from zero minutes unplugged to over 3 hours unplugged for the cost of a drink and a sandwich. The quality is actually decent, I think it will probably outlast the useful life of the laptop. If you have a slow windows 7 laptop, you might want to try doing a free install upgrade of Windows 10, and selecting clean install (AFTER you've backed up your files). The battery came when promised, was easy to install and has kept a charge. However, I normally use this laptop with a power cord, since I use it to run software for long events.

    • Not the greatest battery life but works just fine!
I had my review at 1 star and now it's a 4 star. I tried the battery again and left the computer off and let the battery charge. Since I did that it's been working fine. Battery isn't going to wow you with battery life but, this laptop doesn't really work without power. More of a mobile desktop!

Arrived badly worn down. BatteryBar Pro shows 29% of the battery's life was gone, never to be recharged, the second I plugged it in. Waste of time and money. Don't waste your time or money on it.

The battery lasted all of 4 months before failing. I know, I know...I paid $14 bucks for the thing but hoped it would have just quickyy decline in charge capacity rather than just fail one day. Learned my lesson; I'm ordering the deluxe $16 model this time.

This battery did not serve me well. I expected to be able to run 4-6 hours but did not get even 2 hours of run-time on it. I charged / discharged 3 or 4 times, running it down to < 10% each time and it did not improve. I returned it for a refund and will look for a replacement somewhere else.
