I used this as a small vacation purse and I received a lot of compliments on it. It is adorable and the neutral colors matched everything I wore. The product I received was an exact match to the listing. Two drawbacks: 1) When carrying the purse on one shoulder the chain will not stay on your shoulder. Yes, it is intended to be a cross body purse, but I didn't expect it to be so slippery. 2) I wish it was a little bit taller. My phone (iPhone 13 Pro Max) barely fit and I couldn't fit my phone and sunglasses in it at the same time because of the angles so the purse.

I find it adorable. However, this purse is strictly for the essentials. The opening on top is narrow, so getting your cell phone and sunglasses, etc., can be tricky. The look overrides any of that. Doesn’t snag on your clothes, and I’ve gotten quite a few compliments. Very satisfied, and would definitely recommend.
