Battery was charged to 50% when I received it. Plugged it in charger for 6 hours and it was still at 50%. I thought maybe I need to wear it down a little so it would charge. I used it for some time and it went down to 25%. Plugged it in to charger for 12 hours and it never went up from 25%.

I have been charging this thing for 7 hours now and it’s still not past the 25% battery that it came with. It should not take this long to reach at least 50% charge. Update: After my review the company did reach out to address the issue. I am happy with the customer service received which is why I’ve updated my review to 4 stars.

There's nothing worse than ending your VR gaming time because you haven't charged your headset enough. This is a really handy way to extend your play time. The key is to keep this handy little battery pack charged. If you don't, then you will really be sunk when your headset goes dead. My recommendation is to keep this battery pack near a wall outlet with charger cord and wall adapter. Then, you can always have it conveniently charged up when you need it. When you are done gaming, remove this battery pack and recharge it fully, alongside your headset. Then, it will always be ready when you need it. I find it more convenient to charge this battery pack than to charger the headset itself, since it is so small and doesn't require much counter space. For the price, it is hard to imagine going wrong here. For less than a $20 bill, you can avoid the disappointment of ever having to end your gaming time early. No complaints here. Easy 5 stars.

The battery pack works very well! It is so lightweight that when its attached, I don't even notice that it's there. It adds a lot of life to the headset. It has its own power button, so I can decide whn I want to use it or not. The cord is a little bit too stiff and it makes it difficult to move and plug in.
