This is an excellent, stylish, battery hold-down bracket, and although it fits my 2008 4Runner, it was a little too long on one end (and may have bumped the hood) so I cut mine down a bit. Please see my photos of how much I cut off for my setup, and the final product, which I am very satisfied with. You can likely use a sawzall (like I did), or some sort of wire snips to trim the metal down. (Pro tip: Put your fastener fittings and bolts onto it BEFORE you make your cut, in case the threads are damaged when you cut and you can't get them on later.) (one final tip: I put a regular bolt on the back and a wing nut on the front so that I could loosen the battery with my fingers on the one side (and the other side would stay stable). This is an excellent product and comes with all the types of nuts, bolts, and fittings that you'd need for likely any situation. With slight modification, it works excellently for my vehicle, and is far more stylish than the OEM battery cover.

This was a replacement for an OEM hold down that had one nut rusted in place on a 2000 Subaru Outback. This fit nicely and was easy to install. It looks sturdy and will likely outlast the car.

Fitted in perfectly with my car, I own a 2014 Civic LX, but after installing the bolts were too tall, causing me to not be able to close my trunk... so in roder for it to fit, I had to cut it off and sand it to the appropiate height. Regardless, the holder looks ver professional and suits the vibe with my car! Really holds down the battery tight!

Standard budget battery hold down kit works well and a lot lettetal to rust out break off and fall down someplace .. As for the rubber hold down strap , time will tell if the rubber holds up but so far so good

My old battery tiedown was getting kind of old and rested looking but this aluminum tie down look sharp super happy with it and it seems to be good quality and it actually functionally works perfect. Would buy again and recommended for a friend with forerunner to do the same.
