I have the A1932 model laptop. The computer model seems to really matter with people’s experiences with these kinds of products. I can say that the top and bottom sections snapped right into place and fit perfectly on my computer. It doesn’t obstruct anything nor prevent full opening or closing of the laptop screen. It does add considerable weight to the laptop and sometimes it will cause the screen to open fully from the weight. Also, be careful closing the laptop, because the extra weight will cause it to close a little more quickly and it may catch you off guard until you are used to it. But really it’s not a big issue for me. There also vents and a stand on the bottom piece to let the machine release heat and prop the laptop up if you like. The screen protector was easy enough to place. There is no roller or tool or anything to smooth out any bubbles you may get when applying, so you will have to find something else to help with that. I was able to manage pretty easily and the protector doesn’t affect the screen output or appearance at all that I can tell. The keyboard protector more or less lies on top of the keyboard. It seems to stay in place okay, but can be easily pulled off if you don’t like it. It does create much more grip on the keys and maybe affects my typing a little. My fingers can’t slide around the keyboard so easily like they could without it. It is much quieter though. It hasn’t really bothered me at all. It does cover up the backlight, but there is a hole so you can still see the caps light. Oh, and there are two keyboard covers included, because the arrow keys are spaced differently in some of the laptop models this case is made for. So you can use the one you need. So, I have had this on my laptop for two weeks. It seems solid, sturdy, and the fit is holding firm. Some people have said they are getting cracks and chips in the case even from the laptop just sitting still. I keep mine in a backpack and take it with me to work and some other places, and so far it shows no signs of any construction integrity issues. Everything is solid and where and how it should be. Overall, I think this is a great choice for the A1932 model laptop. I can’t speak for the other models listed in the product description. The most noticeable thing to me is the extra weight and how it affects the screen positioning as well as the keyboard cover changing the feeling of the keys quite a bit. These are all very minor things to me and don’t really take away at all from how I use my laptop. By installing this laptop protector, I made a modification to my laptop to protect it. So, the modification caused some minor changes to the look and feel of my laptop. I’m perfectly fine with this. I will update this review if anything changes, but I am completely satisfied with this product so far. ... show more

I bought this quite quite a long while ago by the time I’m writing this. Case has been great. I’ve dropped my MacBook, had things fall on it and nothing. Not a thing has happened. Kickstand is very handy. This does add a bit of noticeable weight and bulk though. Fits perfectly as listed. Easy to snap on and install. Color has held up with only some discolouring on the wrist area. I wouldn’t complain certainly recommend to others. ... show more

****EDIT one month later **** After one month I have no complaints. One of my biggest issues with the MANY cases I have tried is with normal opening and closing of my MacBook they don't last long ( I'm talking couple months at best) because the corners at the hinge of computer are always cracking and breaking off. This has not happened with this case and no signs that it will. I also have never had good luck with any of the little plugs that come for the various ports ...they always fall out and are never seen again within days ....these are still going strong and I dont see them coming out without me removing them. My initial review was that the edge of the case is "sharp" making it uncomfortable on my wrists...I rarely find that being an issue after using it a while. I definitely recommend and would purchase again First impressions the day I have received it ( will update if needed) I really like the look of the case....and it looks just like the picture. I got the khaki and feel the picture is an accurate depiction of what I got. It was a tad annoying to get it on and get all the little snaps in place but not a big deal. It did come with a screen cover and and keyboard covers ( 2) which I can't really speak on because I just do not care for those in general and do not use them It also came with plugs for the various ports that match in color. These have never lasted for me with other brands....these however feel like they are in there good so I have hope. My biggest complaint is the edge of the case is sharp and depending on various positions and how I am using my laptop ( for example if it is in fact on my lap...which is often the case) it is really uncomfortable how that edge rubs my wrist. ( It is not quite as bad when I have it on a desk or table top with the kick stands up ) ... show more

For two years I have been wondering why my laptop would never stay charged throughout the day. Did trouble shooting with Apple since I have MacBook Air 13” M1. Everything on that end was good. I decided to remove the case because once again it was dead after just charging. Then I noticed a corner was bent on the laptop. Mind you when I got the laptop I got the case and it stayed in its case all these years. Now I have a bent $2000 MacBook Air because of this case. ... show more

Just received my case in the mail today and I have to admit I am very impressed!! I had originally gotten one from velvet cav and it was an extremely beautiful case. However, that’s all it was. That case broke on the first drop and I was so disappointed because of the cost of those things. So I decided to try this and I’m so so glad that I did, the color is amazing!! I got the cyan and the beige color. I got two because I’m always breaking the cases so I wanted a backup. I honestly don’t think I needed to do that because of how well and sturdy this one feels, it clicks n locks on to my laptop, and I’ll admit I struggled to put it on but I love how snug it fits. It came with extra pieces for the little stand and plugs for all the outlets! And a screen protector! I usually don’t write reviews much but I am totally impressed! If you are hesitant, don’t be! It’s a great case!! And a great price!! I’ll update when I drop it lol ... show more
