It’s hard to know what one is getting sometimes with the disparity of reviews Amazon products often get. I took a chance on this despite the bad reviews simply because it fit both the budget and dimensions of my mother’s small bathroom at assisted living, and hoped for the best. I put this together yesterday, and it assembled quite easily (although it would have been faster with a power drill or electric screwdriver). The provided convertible screwdriver was a nice touch, and was sturdy enough that I didn’t bother getting up to get a real one. The parts were well labeled and the diagrams in the booklet easy to follow. I’m sure some of the bad reviews were due to people not orienting the parts properly before attaching, but that really can’t be blamed on the product itself. The diagrams are very useful and a few times I had to really examine them to ensure I had the pieces aligned correctly. And most of those cracked boards people experienced were from tightening the screws too much. Even quality wood will crack if you tighten too far. Yes, it’s just MDF or pressed board of some kind, but the extra weight is not an issue with such a small cabinet - it’s actually a plus - and overall it made for a solid piece of furniture. The hardware was also of good quality and it was nice to get extras. The assembly was well-engineered and the instructions clear (all diagrams). I was a little disappointed in the backer board as it was different material, but at least it wasn’t cardboard - it was a thick piece of plastic. There is a noticeable gap between the shelves and the inside walls, and the backer board doesn’t quite rest flush with the main body as drilled, but these are small, mostly cosmetic issues. The critical part was that it fit so perfectly between the sink and toilet in this small room, and actually blended in quite nicely. You know for $50 you’re not going to get a quality piece of craftsmanship, so set your sights appropriately and you’ll find this is a nice little cabinet for the money. ... show more

Love this little cabinet! Feels sturdy and I like the magnetic door latches. Was not hard to put together, would recommend a drill just for speed, but it has a little screwdriver included so no sweat if not.

A great small area to hold postpartum supplies in our bathroom! Definitely takes a bit to put it together and losing 1 star because the last step wouldn’t let me align one of the doors fully, leaving a bit of a gap that isn’t visually pleasing but is very minimal Double check the dimensions to make sure the small size is ok! It fit a good bit for us into a narrow space so we like it Otherwise a great way to declutter/organize for bathroom ... show more

Don’t buy it. First off, I measured the space I needed this tiny size for and the measurements were off because it was slightly too wide. I would have overlooked the awkward gaps between the doors and frame if it would have fit my space. So I started a return process….. if you’ve bought furniture that needs to be assembled you know where I’m going with this. I did all that work to build it the unbuild it. I even put the hardware organized back into the bags they came in. I waited a month after dropping it off for them to tell me it’s not eligible for return bc they recieved a different item. Ummm ok…. So no refund, not item, and more than an hour of labour assembling and resembling. It’s a poc. Save your time and money. ... show more

It is a nice cheap cabinet but had some serious issues. For example, one of the panels had the holes drilled on the wrong side (we took it apart again to flip the board, but then several other holes didn’t line up so we ended up just drilling new holes). The bottom shelf had a massive gap between it and the back of the cabinet, causing it to sit too far forward and preventing the bottom door from closing (shown in photo). We just removed the bottom shelf rather than trying to fix where it lined up. Other than those issues, it’s a good enough cabinet for the price, had relatively easy to follow instructions despite lacking many words, and was packaged well. The cabinet did come with pads for the feet to prevent floor scratches and small veneer stickers to cover holes or screws. ... show more
