I received this order very fast.It was a great deal compared to other shops I visit online.The cover on the conditioner leaked thru the packaging.I went to Amazon chat for customer service and they replaced both the shampoo and conditioner of Japanese cherry blossom and sent them so quickly it was very nice of them to do so even tho I told them the issue was only with the conditioner. I think it arrived in 2 days.The item was replaced and this time there was plastic wrap to seal the covers so they were leak proof. i love this scent!! this is the cheapest bath and body works shampoo and conditioner you can get on amazon and the bottles are HUGE! i shower everyday and use both bottles everyday and they last a month for me cause i use quite a bit of product. the $30 IS AN AMAZING PRICE, each bottle is $17 each so the price is amazing ... show more
