This was the second one I had bought within a 2 week period ( different brands). And out of the 2 this one was a way better build quality. I used it was more than the other one. Sadly it met it's match getting snagged on something pretty far out. That was the last day I was it. Not happy that I had to leave part of it there. I have purchased this net three times and in my opinion, it is one of the best nets if not the best net that I have used for the value. It is a very well made cast net and it is fairly durable. But this last one that I purchased appeared to be used or repaired. I didn’t realize this until I was out fishing and opened it for the first time. I needed to use it right then and there and did not have the opportunity to send it back for a replacement. I wasn’t happy at all about that. I’m pretty sure it was repaired because it did not work quite as well as the first two that I purchased. It got tangled, which never happened before. There doesn’t seem to be a way to message the seller or company about the issue. The only option that seems to be available is to send it back which I couldn’t do because I had to use it. I posted the pictures after I opened it where you can see the net is not white but it’s a brownish color. Again to me, it just looked or appeared to be used and repaired. ... show more

It casts as good as it did the first time and has withstood 100+ degree temps on my pool/pond deck & constantly exposed to every kind of weather. The media could not be loaded. This net is awesome! I purchased the four foot radius (8 feet across) and recently tested it out in a local creek, and caught fish and crayfish. I am new to throwing cast nets so I got it tangled in weeds a lot, and it seemed to tangle a little as I brought it out of the water, but that may go away as I practice.
