  • Good Headphones Reasonable Price
First off I buy my headphones in Pairs. Bought the baseus Bowie H1i and Bowie MA10. Padding on these over ear headphones are soft and smooth texture comfortable to wear for several Ours with no pushing on the ear or head for me. ANC is pretty good comparing it to my JBL Live bought 2 years ago that was 250 dollars these are much better in ANC however there is no ambient awareness feature so I have to constantly remove the headphones so I can hear any person talking to me. Unit has lasted me 24 hours of constantly being on so I believe their claims of 100 hours is accurate or could be under estimated as long as the volume isn't set to max the entire time. Mid and treble is excellent. Lows are a little muddled but comparing them to my alter Lansing, cheaper Seinheiser It is very good at representing sounds. To get the full features of equalizer, Firmware Updates, ambient spatial Sound, and Low latency you are required to have the baseus app. The cups have mobility to position vertically and horizontally which only my more expensive Seinheisers have so for sub 100 dollars that is a great feature especially if you wear headphones for a prolonged period of time. Headband has a soft texture and soft cushion. Personally I would prefer a more firmer cushion but not a deal breaker. Unit has physical volume buttons, power button, and ANC switch for on and off. Comes with a fabric stereo 1/8 inch cable and a USB A to USB C cable. Phone calls Microphone is clearer than all other heaphones I have for phone calls to the recipient. Audio is good to excellent however volume for calls is on the quiet side for me even on max setting. Only con is I wish there was just some kind of bag for the entire headphones or a cover for for each ear cup for when I travel the ear cups get alot of wear and tear and it is hard to say without taking apart headphones if ear pads are replaceable. I am used to repairable headphones hiwever pads for my other headphones are normally 30 to 40 dollars so for this price range if can't be repaired expect to look for a new pair in 3 to 4 years when the pu leather ear pads break down. Overall would recommend for commuting. Meetings, phone calls, Casual Music Listening, and some HIFI listening depending on Genre. Tried with on stock/original settings no EQ on S23 Ultra and Red Magic 8 Pro. Preferred these heaphones for Jazz, R and B, Classical, Acapella, Ska. ... show more

  • No where near the hype
Color: Black
Reading the reviews and looking at the specs and capabilities, I got duped into buying these--- and I got them on a deal for just over $40 - cheap....but still not worth it. Not for me. I'd rather spend more and get a pair of headphones from a company that I know is quality and sounds good. The pros - nice sleek look. Small and compact for "over ear" headphones (if thats ur thing). Ear coushions and headband are comfortable for 3-5 hours depending. Long lasting battery. App support (not great, some functions are awful, but at least u can customize sound). Wired option - 3.5mm. lastly, they sound ok (not great) but not terrible in standard mode (not noise cancelling). All this is good, but nothing special. The cons are a part of what this pair of headphones is designed to be... Cons - Noise cancelling is weak. It's worse than a pair of cancelling headphones I had 20 years ago...sad and disappointing. LHDC? Really? Yeah right! Lol. My phone is compatible with all codecs and work great on other headphones/earbuds. I can get all aptx versions and LDAC working just fine on my other devices...but, LHDC won't enable on these particular headphones...phone says these headphones aren't LHDC compatible . I went through all the settings in Developer Options and it won't enable. Not my my phone's fault. Furthermore, the opening in the ear cup is too small to encompass an adult ear. I have medium sized ears and they still sit on top of my ears - not over /around them. The EQ presets sound terrible and are at low volume (can't turn volume up that much in presets for some reason - very low volume. Only in custom EQ can u turn the volume up loud. Also, the Spatial effects for both music and theater are terrible. They sound tinny, compressed, low volume, no bass, no definition. It's literally a gimmick only - doesn't work as true "Spatial audio effects." I'm not sure if the low latency mode works or not, so no comment there. ----------Worse than all that ---- is how it sounds in noise cancelling mode. This is my main beef. It severely downgrades the sound... severely. Now - yes, this isn't necessarily an uncommon situation with other headphones. But these really degrade in sound with noise cancelling on. Any track with any amount of bass will distort, crackle and pop above 60 - 65% volume. It also starts sounding more and more tinny and compressed the more u turn up the volume. Sure, I like loud music, but these don't get that loud to begin with. Not real loud. Yes - music does sound better with anc turned off (which is not uncommon) but it's a night and day difference. One track I listened to had major distortion all the way down to 30% volume - WHAT? That's terrible. I listen to a mix of genres and I had issues with all of them. Even music in tv commercials would distort badly over 60-70% volume while listening to streaming tv on my fire stick. Now - It would be acceptable if the sound these Baseus headphones produce at around 50% volume, would stay consistent as u turn up the volume...without having major degradation in sound and major distortion--- but they don't... The entire point of me buying these headphones was for noise cancellation while listening to music. ***What's the point if they don't sound good in Noise Cancelling mode?*** -That's the main selling point. I spend a good portion of my day near a loud AC unit. So good noise cancellation with good sound is important. I have many listening devices...I didn't really need these to begin with. I did want to replace my aging JBL E65BTNC headphones. The JBLs still work, but the cushions are deteriorating, plus I never really liked their sound. I thought the specs of these Baseus headphones would be better...they aren't. Although my older model JBLs aren't my favorite in sound they don't distort everything above half way up volume like these Baseus headphones do. I have 9 pair of wireless buds - 5 of them are noise cancelling (Soundcore Life P3, Life A3i, Liberty Pro 3, Earfun Free Pro 2 and Edifier W240TN) ALL OF THEM DO A BETTER JOB AT CANCELLING NOISE AND ALSO SOUND BETTER WHILE DOING SO - A LOT BETTER!!! However - I wanted an over ear pair bc Id rather have headphones on for longer periods of time rather than earbuds crammed in my ears. I have 3 pair of Bluetooth on ear/ over ear headphones - the JBLs I mentioned, Skullcandy Crusher Evo's, and Sound Blaster Jam V2's...so I didn't need another pair of "regular Bluetooth" headphones. As far as wired headphones - I have a good selection as well. 3 open back headphones - Philips Fidelio X2HR, Philips 9600 (*both with their own dedicated DAC/amps at different listening stations*), as well as a pair of Koss Porta Pro's (compact lightweight headphones for travel) Closed back headphones include - Pioneer HDJ-500, JVC HA-S50X and Monoprice Modern Retro --------------- So, all I wanted was a decent pair of noise cancelling headphones (over ear) that weren't too expensive that work decently in noise cancelling mode, but also sound good while in that mode. This pair of Baseus Bowie H1i's failed in that respect. --Bottom line- Comfort is good for a few hours (3-4), they look nice and sleek, have basic app support, and sound ok without noise cancelling mode turned on....But - couldn't get LHDC to activate, noise cancellation is weak and sound awful in noise cancelling mode. That completely negates the point of these headphones. Not worth it for me - not even for half the price I paid. ... show more

  • Great sounding over ears
I know these are not Bose or a super high end headphone brand, but these preform excellent! I am using them while I cut grass to cancel out noise and also listen to some music. They work great and the active noise cancellation is nice too. There is a little switch on the side so it's easy to know if ANC is on or off. The ears have a very nice padding and that extends up the part that goes over the head. They also have hinges to close them for easier storage when not in use. Honestly, I have been using these around the house too as they are so nice! I am normally an earbud person so it's been a little different getting used to the over ear design. Nothing negative for theses, just my personal preference. These have actually made it much easier. I have used others in the past that made my ears hurt but these haven't done that. The sound is very nice and battery lasts a long time. I am no audiophile, but I do hear lots of little sounds I don't typically hear in the same songs with my other earbuds. Make sure you download the app as these connect and have upgradable firmware (a great plus!). Upon first connection there was an upgrade that said it was fixing and improving some things so always worth a check. While you're there you can check out the cool features they have for tuning the EQ settings. These ones have both numerous EQ presets (plus allow custom profiles) and spatial acoustics modes for normal/music/cinema. I don't personally use them, but they do change the soundstage like it says. These use standard USB-C charging which is a huge plus as everything is moving to that standard. Overall, great addition to my collection! ... show more

  • Love it
Baseus Over Ear Bluetooth Headphones (Bowie H1i) My first ever set of over ear headphones was a cheap pair of Lenovo's. It hurt my scalp so bad I have not used another pair of over the ear since. Recently got a smart tv and wanted to try over the ear again for watching movies for more immersive experience. Thoughts after a week of usage -I fully charged it before using. It comes with USB A-C cable and 3.5mm-3.5mm audio cable. So you can use it wired or with bluetooth. -It was easy to pair with my smart TV. I went through 4 movie sessions and still did not have to charge it. The advertised 100 hour playtime seems accurate. -On one side, there is volume up+down button, power button, 3.5mm audio jack, and usb c port -Other side, there is ANC button -Weight. 225g or 7.9oz -Comfort/Fit. This set have large padded ear cups and padding along the base so it was comfortable. It can extend to fit different head sizes. I wore them for 3 hour sessions to watch movies and did not feel any discomfort on my ears/head. I did not wear for longer than 3 hours at a time. -It can fold to smaller size to store away easier. At 80$, I feel the box should have included a soft pouch/bag to store it to carry around or put in backpack. Conclusion Baseus Over Ear Bluetooth Headphones for 80$ is a great buy. Long battery life. ANC. Comfort. Compared to 500$ Airpods Pro Max, just buy this and save the money for other stuff. ... show more

  • From charger to headphone, one excellent product after another.
Baseus is my go to brand when I need charger brick, when my last headphone broke off during the trip, I found out they have this new headphone product (thanks to Amazon), the price is pretty good and based on their previous product, I made purchase and gave it a try. When first connect to the phone, and per instruction downloaded the baseup app, the headphone automatically began the firmware update, tbh, I think now day every electronic device needs firmware update, and hopefully with new firmware bring more feature or better EQ finetune the headphone listening experiences. Wore these headphones fell sleep last night, it's quite comfortable for wearing long period of the time, and the sound output was quite well continuedly one song after another. I had the Apple Music Spatial collection on random, some of the old music pumped into my ear brough me quite enjoyment. Anyway, with all those good things about this new set, I do have some complain about this, yet I don't think it's a very necessary issue, they should at least include a small carry soft bag for the headphones, but as I said, it might not be a necessity to many folks. So, I'm going to bring these headphones for my upcoming trip, hope it will survive those brutal airport experiences. ... show more

  • Entry Level ANC
Color: White
This is a pair of entry level ANC headphones and is budget friendly. But what’s amazing about this is that it packs almost all features of high end brands at a very affordable price. The ANC works great but does not keep all sounds out (expected) as it is a entry level pair of headphones. The cushions is very soft on this pair. One thing about quality is that the ear piece swivels are pretty loose so I would definitely like to see a little more tension in that. The sounds are very great with the Hi-res certifications and LHDC codec. A few suggestions I would like to see. A traveling pouch or hard case to protect the device. Packaging to be made of better materials as it makes it seem very cheap. I do see this shows 100hr of battery life which is far better than high end headphones. I have not tested it but I noted on the packaging it says with volume at 70%. So I’m not too sure if other headphones were measured at that volume as well. Overall a very great entry level headset. ... show more

  • Low cost ANC Headphones!
I've been in the market for a set of Noise canceling headphones for a few months. I saw Baseus had released these and I've been a longtime consumer of their products. One of my favorites is the magsafe battery pack for my iPhone. I ordered these to see if they'd fit my use. They are great! I've been using them for a week now. I've got some unique audio needs, sometimes I need to be hardwired with a 3.5mm cable. Sometimes I'm bluetooth, walking around listening to either music or a zoom call. These work great for my use. One of my favorite features is that the ANC switch is isolated to the right side. That means you don't have to fidget with a handful of switches and buttons just to turn it on or off. The battery life is great, I haven't had any issues. Overall, you could spend $500 on the Apple equivalent or 1/5th of the price on these. I would highly recommend these! ... show more

  • very good...
Lightweight and comfortable... They are smaller than i expected but are still "over the ear" headphones. ear cups are soft, i wore over several hours and no ear lobe fatigue. initially i didnt notice any L/R "markings" and discovered the L & R are printed inside the ear cups. you probably wont notice unless you look closely because its like a dark grayish color on black (see pics). basically the left side has the ANC switch and the volume control/ multi power button on the right side. The sound is decent, i listened to some music i made and the sound reproduction is pretty accurate, the low end is not hyped.. just solid bass thumps and the have good clarity also. There is a baseus app you can use to configure the headphones, i went in a made sure the sound was set to a flat response with no EQ or audio enhancement. I listened to different sound sources and connected to different devices, from android phone, desktop pc, and ipad pro. I prefer the sound w/o the anc engaged, one thing i wish is that the max volume would go just a little bit louder. overall though very good ... show more

  • Love these, buy them now!!
These are amazing!! Fantastic audio quality, battery life is very good, and the connectivity range is great. Pros that make these stand out: Comfortable, includes 3.5mm cable to connect to your devices if you don’t want to use Bluetooth. Volume/play-pause buttons behind right ear have a great feel and are conventions. Cons: Limited colors, no case or bag provided (marketing photos were misleading, as it showed them being put in to a black bag… ya no bag or case included) Overall these are now my favorite headphones for many reasons. Would give it a 4.7 due to no protective bag provided, but I can’t really complain. Do yourself and buy these now. They beat my $120 pair of over-ears in both sound and comfort! ... show more

Color: Black
Super comfortable, great quality. I have a big head and this doesn’t pinch at all. I’m not a big sound snob and this fills the need for sonic canceling headphones without wrecking my bank account. I use them all day at work and don’t need to charge. I recommend downloading the Baseus app to get a firmware update, and the ability to change sound haptics, etc. The sound improves sooo much with the update, and you can personalize it for your listening. My only complaint is that sometimes the music stops when moving through apps. For $40, I really don’t care. ... show more

  • Great quality and aesthetically pleasing 🎧
The media could not be loaded. Over Ear headphones are my primary choice of headphones especially for physical activities and these do not disappoint 🎧 For starters, they're form fitting and really comfortable. They're light and not bulky and the ear cushions are really soft. I like the way they cup my ears and are extremely comfortable when I exercise. I have long, curly, hair and I'm happy to share that even though these headphones are rotatable and adjustable, they don't pull or snap my hair when I put them on or take them off. As for the sound quality, they definitely live up to the high res sound. The sound quality from the drivers is excellent and the mids and highs are amazingly crisp and clear, especially for the value 👌🏼 The bass is tight and responsive but personally, I think they could use some depth especially depending on the type of music you listen to. I'm a huge DnB music fan and I prefer a bit more bass when listening to that genre of music but the sound quality itself is great. I'm really impressed with the active and passive noise cancelling option. It's probably my favorite feature aside from the long lasting battery. These also have a wire use capability which is cool option if necessary. Overall, I'm very pleased with the functionality and quality of these headphones and especially with the way they look but do keep in mind that no storage case is included. Personally, I don't mind since I use a headphone stand and I don't travel with these but definitely something to consider. For the value, I do think these are good headphones to utilize 🎧 ... show more

The headphones were nice out of the box, but after a brief firmware update the sound was much better. The bass and miss filled in and the sound was rounded out. They provide a charging cable and a cable to plug the headphones into a headphone jack. They are comfortable, but slide around a bit on my head.
