I have been using mine for a good year now and have zero issues! It really does help reduce toilet paper usage. And if your bathrooms water can get super hot then be careful with the heat on the bidet settings~ it can get extremely hot. The reason I got my bidet was because I got my nails done and didn’t know how to properly wipe with nails, and now I can’t use any other toilet but mine, otherwise I won’t feel clean. Also during the monthly cycle, having warm water clean the area helps reduce pains. Highly recommend!!

This product failed after six months it’s a waste. I am continuing my review as I just heard from Barumi and they were actually sending me a brand new bidet. Apparently it is warranted for a year and they responded to me very very quickly and apologized and they’re sending me a brand new one, so I totally would give them another chance and I thank them very much for responding so quickly.. Thank you very much Sean at Barumi for your response. I will let you know how things go. I have changed my review from two stars to four stars because of the fact that they were so quick and response and are sending me a new bidet

I'd like to start by saying I have never been a big fan of toilet bidets, they always seemed so weird and bizarre. Well, my feelings have changed wholeheartedly. During a recent visit to a relative's house, I realized every single bathroom had a bidet. I decided to give it a try and to be honest, at first, it felt kinda weird, but not in a bad way. I ended up using the bidet all weekend and realized this is something I need at my home. After my weekend visit, I returned home and decided to purchase this bidet and I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and I absolutely love it! I installed this bidet in my guest bathroom and because of this, I haven't used my personal toilet at all. So, I've decided to purchase another one for my main bathroom, so I don't have to keep going to the guest bathroom! The warm water feels so nice and the fact that I can reduce my toilet paper usage by a ton really is appealing to me. And I will tell you, right now, it's very cold around here and sitting on a warm toilet seat is out of this world comfortable! Needless to say, I love this bidet and everything it has to offer, not to mention the great price.

Bought this a couple months ago after realizing I had to move past the stone ages and stop using so much toilet paper. I first started looking into the relatively much cheaper nozzles that squirt cold water when you're done using the bathroom, and eventually ended up looking at all the $1000 bidet models that people were recommending all over the internet. Decided to end up in the middle to not bankrupt myself, and I'm completely amazed by this one. It only had a handful of reviews compared to the hundreds, if not thousands, that the other products had when I purchased, but it all completely worked out. I have a beautiful toilet that keeps my bottom clean and warm for a significant but relatively cheap cost, and that's all I really needed.

Very happy with this purchase. I had to buy a new toilet feed line because the included adapter didn’t fit my plumbing, but no big deal. Installation was less than 5 minutes and it works great. The only negative thing I can find is the warm water tank empties really fast. I wish it did a better job at keeping the water heated for longer than it does. But other than that I’m very happy.

My grandma from South Korea is visiting for a prolonged period of time and since she uses a bidet at her place, like many households over there do, I ordered this Barumi bidet in order to make her stay more comfortable. According to my grandma, at first, she was uneasy about how the bolts were plastic, but after trying it out, she is very happy with it, especially the warmth of the water and that the water spray isn’t too strong. This was definitely a good idea for my grandma and we’ll happily use it after she leaves!

This is our first bidet and it is great! The water is warm and the pressure is perfect. Before buying this bidet, I researched other bidets and compared all functions. This bidet had the most functions we wanted for the price. We installed it in our master bathroom and now we are thinking about getting one for our guest bathroom. I absolutely recommend this bidet.
